We have an older non-Apple desktop and really needed a laptop for convenience. We didn't do much research before purchasing this computer, but we have iPhones and like how easy it is to use Apple products. The salesman at our Best Buy was really knowledgeable and helped us decide on the right Apple laptop. So far, it has been great! Very user friendly and we love that we can take it with us and work.

Macbook is the only way to go. I have been a Mac owner for several years now and have been very pleased with each one I have owned.

I've never invested in a mac book always Windows for me. But this is by far what I would say a fancy version of any laptop I've previously owned. Very simple and satisfying.

this is the first laptop and I love it so much. It took me a while to save up for it but it functions, I'm in nursing school and it is great it has awesome memory and reliable.

The macbook pro is a great machine. But it's limited on storage (and Apple charges WAAAY too much to upgrade versions), and outclassed hardware-wise in comparison to most of it's Window PC rivals. Lack of touchscreen, old processors, and the lack of ability to upgrade makes this a terrible buy at such a high price. My advice is wait until the 2016 Pros come out to see if they catch up with the competition. If not, and you MUST have the iOS, then find a good open box model. One thing is for sure Apple products are ridiculously solid which is why I give it a high rating. However, it should be solid with such old hardware and no real innovations other than the fantastic touchpad. But a fantastic touchpad won't exactly allow me to edit videos quickly and seamlessly will it? For that you need power.

I love the size and ease of using the laptop. It is portable and good to use anywhere.

Sturdy, easy to set up, and a great touchpad, which works better than an external mouse, in my opinion. The processor is lightning fast, and although some models have larger hard drives, this one is big enough for just about every serious owner. I bought this online, and it was shipped very quickly, and packed well.
