||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'm not a techy person so I'm not sure if it's my internet connection or the actual computer but safari is really slow. I use the wifi at home and wifi at school, internet is slow in both places. Also, it freezes or doesn't register at times when I'm using the touch bar to simply change font color for notes. There are times when I'm making notes on a PDF and it won't register me typing when the cursor is on indicating that i can type.

Bad Battery

Battery life is not good

Their Idea of Excellent Open Box

The laptop showed up with no damage to the shipping material or box but had a dent in the laptop itself. It was rather large so I would NOT call this excellent condition. Excellent should be like new not with a significant Large Dent. It will be returned and I will shop apple direct as they still have my trust.
