Okay, the Magic Keyboard for my 13-inch iPad Pro (M4) is seriously cool, but dang, $349 is steep! It snaps onto my iPad like magic (pun intended) and makes it feel like a fancy laptop. The keyboard is so nice to type on—clicky, comfy, and perfect for banging out emails or school notes. The trackpad is smooth, and I love using it to swipe around iPadOS. The floating hinge thing is awesome; I can tilt the screen just right whether I’m working or sketching with my Apple Pencil Pro. Plus, it has a USB-C port to charge the iPad, which keeps my desk neat. It’s a bit heavy, though—adds some weight to my iPad, so it’s not as grab-and-go. Also, it only works with the newest iPads (2024 Pro or Air), and that price tag made me wince. If you want your iPad to feel like a pro workstation, it’s totally worth it!

I’ve been using this for a while now and I’m honestly very impressed. The performance is fast and smooth, even when multitasking, and everything feels well built and premium. Great keyboard, I like it better than the previous version because it’s more premium with the material. It does seem like it tips over easier than the previous generation though.

I bought the latest edition IPAD PRO it replaced an older IPAD. I love it . It is easy to operate it was easy to download from my other IPAD. I treaded my old IPAD in and got enough money to buy the key board.

The product was good and fast delivery. I'm very satisfied cause it a perfect for my job and studies.

Bought this Ipad for my husband. He's an apple guy so when I noticed his tablet was outdated, I decided to get him the latest version. Hes been on it none stop. Hes a a musician so he had lots stored. I got the 1 tb storage and ha e yet to see any negative on it.

Like everything else Apple designs, this keyboard beats the competition in every way. Its soft feel but still tactical keyboard, larger trackpad, and extra Type-C charging port in the hinge make it a class by itself. My only negatives are the backlighting, which is visible only in darkness and does not appear to be adjustable, and, of course, the price. But like all Apple products that command a premium price, you get a premium product.

However, the biggest downside ... and it’s a dealbreaker .... is the weight. Once the iPad is attached, the entire setup feels heavier than a MacBook. It completely defeats the purpose of having a lightweight, portable tablet. The iPad itself is incredibly light and thin this year, but the keyboard case adds so much bulk and weight that portability becomes meaningless. If you're looking to travel light or use your iPad primarily as a tablet, this accessory works against that goal. Great idea in theory, but poor execution due to the excessive heaviness. I got this as an open box item. The packaging was a little overkill with the Best Buy logo but the contents are excellent. The keyboard itself is very good and responsive. I can easily type away and it doesn’t need to be charged. The large mousepad makes this a must buy.

Splurged on the iPad... HAD to have the keyboard. Groaned at the price but long-term glad I invested in it. I don't like trackpads (seems redundant to touch-screen in this case) but some might love it. If you're going to do much typing on your compatible iPad, and plan to keep the device for several years, invest in the Magic Keyboard. Adds "Windows-like" functions like "CMD-TAB" to switch applications (which I do ALL. THE. TIME.) and a bevy of other "little" things that add up to a lot. The extra USB-C charging port is nice and... at some point might even matter to me if I want to attach an external monitor (yes, the iPad supports that) or whatever other magic Apple has in store. If you're going to invest in the iPad, go the distance and get the keyboard Apple purposefully designed as its perfect partner.
