Love it but I should have gotten black white gets dirty to quick

It’s the most compatible with the new IPad HOWEVER I am sure there are other options lesser cost that are just as compatible and offer more options with the new IPad.

Great quality, silent and resistant with precise touches

This basically turns your iPad into a computer. The case protects the iPad and when it’s open you can adjust it perfectly for your comfort. I added a mouse and now I rarely use my laptop.

Bought an iPad M4 pro 13 inch from Apple store. Suddenly felt the need for a keyboard to get the laptop experience. Checked Best buy black Friday deals and found an open box keyboard folio for 230 only. Got excited and purchased immediately to pick up later in store. BIG mistake - didn't checked the item compatibility. Brought it home and checked it was a normal IPAD keyboard and not an iPad pro keyboaard folio. . Immediately tried to navigate through best buy complicated return options, finally decided to go in person and tell them the issue. This time took my iPad to ensure it fits with the keyboard folio. They person at the counter thought I was scamming them by returning some other product. I patiently waited for them to check the security footage to check that it was actually them who gave me the wrong product. They checked and confirmed. Finally I thought that now I will get my right keyboard folio. Suddenly the customer care person says - you have to pay extra for this. 30 bucks more for the product for which I paid for already. Extremely disappointed that where Best buy should have just exchange the wrong product for the right one.. but what I experienced was best buy forcing me to pay extra for trying to fix their mistake. Customer care is no help as well. Such a disappointing experience.. I wish I could actually review the product then raising a complaint here. But here we are.

Excellent experience using the Magic Keyboard with eye iPad Air. The touchpad is very responsive. Keyboard powers and and off automatically.

i used to have a folio and now that I have the magic keyboard for my new Ipad im very happy with it

This IPad is Light years ahead of the rest and that includes most laptops size, weight ,resolution,sound is insane for the speed its next level .i have 750meg internet download speed .i tested it bought a movie (top gun ) It was downloaded and ready to watch in under 5min Actual time I didn’t spot watch it but trust me it was fast

Good for price. Easy to use. Definitely helpful device

The product functions great. Only real issue is the edges are a bit sharp around the bottom of the keyboard. Using this on your lap can be a bit uncomfortable as it tends to dig into bare skin if you are wearing shorts

As expected, it was in excellent condition, tho the box was bit broken, the iPad was excellent.

Love them !!!! However it didn’t come with the pencil or keyboard as pictured, we had to buy them separately

One of the best ipads money can buy although there are a few things i would like to change including external display support and better cooling.
