Apple overpriced but nothing better out there. Can’t live without it really. The upgraded they made are fantastic. Absolutely can’t use the iPad without this. Hate the onscreen keyboard now.

Great products! I bought the 13 inch iPad and the matching keyboard cover, and I love them! The keyboard is the best portable keyboard I have ever owned! Of course, the iPad is amazing with all the new AI and new updates. Great support from Best Buy, as well! first experience with the Geek Squad and they are very supportive and knowledgeable! I’ve tried to get away with getting different brands for my wife. I should have never bought her one in the first place. This keyboard cost more but you will not regret it. This is the only keyboard she likes for her I-Pad, 3 I-Pads later I will still try a cheaper version and I end up sending back to just go buy the Magic Keyboard. Save yourself time and money just get it.

Solid keyboard case for the iPad Pro M4 13-inch, upgraded from an older generation iPad Pro with the older design Magic Keyboard that was definitely showing its age after a couple years of solid use. I love how this new model has aluminum around the keyboard. I rarely use my iPad without this keyboard and can't recommend it enough for anyone that similarly uses their iPad with a keyboard.

Long time computer user, but always has been windows pcs and laptops, I have an I phone and am now going back to college, so I decided during this time of learning it would be nice to learn MacOs. Holy crap is all I can say. I am selling my windows desktop now because after only a few months at using my Mac I have become so happy that I can’t understand how I ever felt with windows to begin with.

Really convienent and light weight! So practical and easy to use. I use it for school and it’s great for note taking and doing assignments. I love it more than my MacBook.

This rating is for the Magic Keyboard, Apple as well as Bestbuy. The product is great until it works. It’s a great keyboard for the iPad and I got it at a great price from Bestbuy. Many of these have had reliability and quality issues with keyboard not working or delayed typing or track pad not working.
Tried to reach out for support to Bestbuy as I got it from here but was asked to check with Apple as the keyboard was still under warranty. Fair deal. Chatter with Apple and was told that this might require a replacement. Upon asking if the replacement part will be new, was informed that it sort of will be but it’s not for retail sale. Again fair deal. Given two options to either replace via mail get charged for the amount wait for 10-15 days until the defective keyboard is inspected and held amount credited back. Other option was to go to the Apple Store and get it done in person.
Decided to get an appointment and went to the Apple Store. Sat for 20 mins for someone to come and once again check me in even though I was checked in. Another one comes to finally help after another wait for 15 mins. Basically does nothing, gives a snarky smile and tells me they don’t have “the parts” to replace the keyboard. I mean there were several brand new keyboards around being sold in store so that’s what bothered me. Tells me that he will “order” the part as they don’t have one in store and it will take 10-15 days to come and then another trip for me to pick it up. When I told him that the mail in option was actually faster, once again gives a snarky laugh to ask if I’d like to use mail service instead as that would prevent another trip to the Apple Store. Walked away wasting 2 hrs of my life. Just the worst customer service from Apple. Luckily a Bestbuy store was around the corner. I checked my purchase date and still had time to return the keyboard. Walked in the store, told the person at checkout what happened and was promptly attended. The guy at Bestbuy was amazing. Told me no need to worry about it, we will deal with Apple. Exactly what I wanted to hear. A refund was process in no time. Amazing customer service Bestbuy. Keep up the great service. Thank you

I was stuck between this or the black one, this one is good because you cannot see oil prints from your hands. But you definitely have to take care of it so the corners dont start getting dirty. Overall very premium feel and worth the money if you want a full seamless setup.
