Typical Apple product. Used for a couple of weeks and feel good so far.
The Magic Keyboard can turn iPad to a laptop for me. It can hold iPad very tight and charge iPad without plugging to iPad. The only thing I don’t like so much is the weight. I don’t think it is so good for using in travel

Two`months ago (12/30/2024) I purchased an Ipad 13” Pro M4 and two Magic Keyboard for $349 each. One for me and one for my wife. My Magic Keepboard was defective, so today Ireturned to Best Buy to exchange it. First the Geek Squad Person said no returns. I asked to see a Manager for some help. Nice young woman Manager said nope! No returns unless I pain the $200 a year protection plan. I explained it was defective. Nope doesn’t matter. I told her how much money I spend at Best Buy. Didn’t care. Are you willing to lose my business? Couldn’t care less. I was shocked at her indifference and lack customer service. As I was leaving the door Manager asked if I was happy? I asked him if this young girl was the main store manager who represents Best Buys interests and future customers? He said NO! I then reexplained what I just went through after spending $2,300 two months ago. He said she was in training and needed people skill training. It was humilitating being treated the way she could care less how this reflects Best Buy or myself as a consumer. Her the demeanor, was, we don’t need you at all. Long story short because of Robert main manager I left Best Buy with a new Magic Keyboard. If I were in charge I’d fire or demote a manager who exudes the attitude “We Don’t Need You!” “You are nothing! If custom service or integrity is important Best Buy could use some training. (I exclude Robert)
