Sleek and Smooth

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I saw this trackpad on a YouTube video and wanted to try it.I own a MacBook Pro and wanted to see how they function together they worked well.I took this product back because I prefer a traditional mouse and pad.I will say it a beautiful device though.Very sturdy and well put together.

Bigger trackpad

The surface size is much bigger than built in on MacBook Pro. Function just exact same. Include haptic feedback. Noticed that battery tend to drain fast if use it constant. Use lighting cable to charge the trackpad since it have built in rechargeable battery. Con is that it’s pretty pricey. I want space gray but Best Buy doesn’t have any in stock so I opt for white instead. I believe space gray cost 10-15 more than white.

Good trackpad

Built-in Battery makes this item a must have

The larger trackpad area is nice as well. Those two things make it worth the purchase. But, the "force touch" feature feels pretty gimmicky and I don't really use it.

Won't work properly without El Capitan
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought with a new iMac that had Yosemite on it. Because it wouldn't work properly, I returned it for another one ......... which also wouldn't work. I then connected Apple and was told It won't work except with the new El Capitan which I don't want to upgrade to until the user reviews improve. Yosemite is already a step back from Maverick. I wish I could get the original Trackpad. "it just worked!"
