I can now use my magsafe charger with my retina macbook pro. Magnet on the adapter is very strong and works well with the setup.

perfect solution to use old magsafe connection especially for legacy cinema display. The magnet is strong and the fit is snug.

I have an extra Macbook Pro Charger & this is helping to use my MBP Retina at home & office without carrying my charger along.

This just converts the old style macbook adapter to the new one. I have a couple old ones and this makes them useable again.

Seems stupid that you spend $79 for a replacement power cord and still have to buy a separate converter. Works well though.

Now, I can use all 3 of my monitors and even extra power supplies from my previous computers. Great item and at under $10 I feel like it is a good price!

Does its job, and price was same as Apple store. Best Buy was open. Apple was not at the time I needed the adapter.

LEFT PLUG FOR MACBOOK AIR IN CAMPER. RAN INTO BEST BUYS AND HAPPEN TO FIND A PIECE I COULD CONVERT MY MACBOOK PRO PLUG TO MACBOOK AIR. UNDER 10 BUCKS I HAD THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS AND NOW DON'T NEED TO HAUL AROUND 2 PLUGS. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WITH SAME SITUATION.

Works with older Apple cables-allows you to re-use existing apple cables instead of purchasing a new power cable.

I would rate as excellent, no issue. It is comfortable using them, I would recommend you if you really need it.
