It's pretty cheap for an apple product; it does its job well with no issues or problems whatsoever.

The MagSafe-to-MagSafe2 Converter successfully allows me to carry/use just one power adapter for my MacBook Pros. While I can still use the MagSafe2 adapter, this converter offers flexibility. it also provides a good backup should there be any issues with the MagSafe2 adapter. Great cost savings for backup adapter capability.

This will save you 70 bucks if you still have the old chargers.

A friend had an old MacBook he’d gotten rid of and found a charging cord when cleaning up his office. He asked if I wanted it and I said yes because I wanted a second one for traveling. But, his was an original MagSafe charger - glad this adapter was available. Cost way less than I expected and works perfectly. Saved about $70 and got the second charger I wanted.

Simple product, it just snaps on top of the original magsafe adapter and makes it ready for use for the current MacBook lines. Takes about 2 seconds to install.

This is probably the most cost efficient thing Apple produces. To be able to convert your old macbook power adapter to the new one for only $10, its a great deal.

I’ve got several older MacBooks around my house , my newest being a MacBook Air 2015. It’s charger was left in hotel while on vacation. This being said , I was stuck with having to buy a $70 charger for newer style charter. But,, no my daughter pics up this little magic piece that allows my other older style side connectors to hook right up and work perfect

This does exactly what it was intended to do. The magnet is extremely strong, so you don't have to worry about the adapter falling off if you've put it in your bag.

Works like a charm and saves me at least $70 for a brand new adapter when my Magsafe 2 is broken. Glad to keep the old Magsafe. All you need is this adapter.

Lost my new MacBook Pro cord. Had a cord for an older version but they changed the shape of the connector so it wouldn’t fit. The magnet on this connection adapter is amazing. I was afraid it might not stay on, but without the right angle and pressure it’s not coming off. Works like charm. I have power again on the cheap.

No need to have 2 different chargers! This magnetized adapter works perfectly. Leave it on (stuck on) the laptop and it won't get lost.

I don't remember how much I paid for this connector, but it was probably between $10-$20. It is frustrating because you cannot charge your macbook without this piece so you have to buy it and just have to live with the cost. It does work like it's supposed to though so I guess that is a positive.

I wanted a way to be able to use a spare Apple power adapter I had from the MagSafe days, and this does it. I had a previous version of this adapter that stopped working, but for $10, it's cheap enough to get a new one. The new one brought the power adapter back into working condition with my 2015 MacBook Pro.
