This thing is a life saver. So glad I didn't have to buy a brand new charger.

Is the only adapter that allows you to connect old magsafe chargers to the new macbooks. More pricey than I feel it needs to be, but then again, it is an Apple product. Otherwise works as expected (again, it is an Apple product)

after losing my original charger to my macbook pro i ordered a new one only to discover the chargers have changed size after searching for a reasonably priced replacement i came across theis converter saved the day bnb and my wallet

I had a bunch of original MagSafe chargers and didn’t want to purchase a whole new charger for my MacBook Air with MagSafe 2. I can use the same charger for multiple computers with this adapter.

Excellent conversion adapter. Magnetic connection remains attached so it will not get lost.

Great part and a must need if you purchase your power supply from BestBuy. Apple & BestBuy get together and sell the same power supply that comes with the computer. I'm giving 5 stars only based on the part working. 1 star that I have to buy 2 separate pieces.

If you've got MagSafe power adapters sitting around this is an excellent way to convert them to work with MagSafe2 computers for a fraction of the price of a new power supply. Probably the most economical option ever produced by Apple.

It was a lot nicer to spend $10.00 then spending the money for a new laptop charger.

These things are as handy as the pocket on a shirt! Mag earlier MagSafe power supplies for the MacBookPro laptops compatible with later computers. Get two or three if you have older MagSafe power supplies and mixed computers.

I use these all the time and frequently forget to retrieve them when I have used them at client locations. Thankfully I do not have to hunt any further than Best Buy when I need to replace them!

Developed a kink and wire separation in my MacBook Pro 15” cord. I did not want to spend nearly $80 on a new “T-style” charger. I had a spare “L-style” charger that was not compatible...until I threw this on the end. Works perfectly.

Probably the cheapest apple product I have ever purchased. Works as intended and a great solve to buying a new charger.

What can I say but this beat having to fork out for an entire mag safe charging cord. Came in very handy as I was panicking about charging a MacBook with no charger. Fit perfectly. I would recommend over a whole new cord.

My cat chewed my new Macbook Pro power cord. I had a Magsaf power adapter for an old Macbook Pro that was in excellent condition. I went to Best Buy to purchase a new power cord, but noticed the converter. It works great and saved a lot of money.

What a pain the Apple made two incompatible versions of the charger connection for MacBooks! At least with this, you can spend only about $10 instead of $50+. It works well enough to be worthwhile.

After accidentally buying the incorrect Mac laptop cord online, I figured I'd try this instead of paying money to ship the cord back. This thing works great. I take my laptop to three classes per week and never had the magnetic adapter fall out.
