Having the pencil makes using the iPad more fun. Great for drawing and writing. A little awkward to charge.

The Apple Pencil... it works... really well but there are some really stupid things about it. First, it's nice and smooth... which means it's slippery. Yes, pencils don't have a clip on them like pens do but... pencils are normally 99 cents not $99! Needs a pencil clip! Also you need ANOTHER DONGLE to charge it unless you want it pointing out of your iPad lightning port. Thank you Apple!

The Apple Pencil seems to work well for the applications I have used it with. My only complaint deals with extra issues. Charging is a pain if you want to charge on the iPad itself— there is only one port. Second, the cap is easily misplaced. The device to attach the cap to the pencil is expense given that it is a little plastic gadget. Other than that, I am satisfied.
