Honestly, saw the mid reviews and experienced it for myself and realized how good ot actually is. The space is exactly what I needed and I love how compact it is compared to my other 6.6 inch screen A14.

It's a decent phone. It does what I need. I don't need much. Battery life is pretty good. Look! I needed a new phone, I didn't want to break the bank so I got what I could afford that does what I need.

Bought it as a backup phone for me and my wife and as a travel phone when we go overseas. It is in beautiful condition battery life is way better than expected I have a 12 pro max as my daily driver and wife has a 14 plus as Hers. Only downfall is there is no 5g capability but the 4gLTE capability of the phone is more than enough. This iPhone 11 still holds up perfectly in 2023 next to our newer 5g models.

Before I purchased the phone I remembered looking up the battery health policies for used phones and couldve sworn they guaranteed 85% or higher for overall life but when I received the phone it was only 75%. Great phone otherwise.

Reconditioned phone looks brand new! Everything works great. Definitely met my expectations. I was a little leery buying a reconditioned phone. This was my first time. Very impressed. Transferred my SIM card from my current phone to this one and the service worked flawlessly.

This has been a great phone. The battery did start to fade sooner than I would have liked, within a year of having it. Worked well and setup wasn't too difficult.

This was my first refurbished iPhone purchase I only spent a fraction of the cost of a new phone , it came out of the box no scratches , no visible damage , turned it on and charged the battery fully , took it to my carrier to have my line transferred over that part was very easy , I have been using this phone for 7 days today and I am very pleased with everything, I love this phone ❤️

Very unhappy with this product! I have been a Best Buy customer for many years and feel as if this was deceptively advertised! It looked good but came in a flimsy carboard “box”. It was unlocked (which was good) but came with a battery that already needs to be replaced - we just activated in today - 12-27-23
