This phone is very good. I Was thinking twice before buying this item, because it is a used one. But once I received it, it never look like a used one. It looks brand new and works like a new and good price. I Would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

The cellphone was perfect, all buttons and screen are working well, however I don't know why my SIM card from Brazil is not working in this phone, meanwhile I tried my SIM card in other phone and it is working. One of the things I didn't like was the charger, I thought would be an apple charge once I am buying an apple iPhone.

I was very excited to buy a unlocked iPhone 5S with a good price from Bestbuy. So I got the phone and turned it on, when I saw a large pink spot in the center of the screen. When in operation that could be seen only when exposed in the sun. I thought, OK is "open box". After I had some problems with the touch screen with unresponsiveness. At beginning it bothered a bit but began to increase. I went to the store and spoke to an attendant and who told me that was a software problem software. I ran all the suggested steps, but during that time I had to go back to my country. When I arrived in my country, I called Apple and was told that there was no guarantee and I would have to contact the store. As suggested and after a long time they returned my e-mail telling me that would have to call some department to try to solve my problem. I gave up and sent it for repair. To my surprise the touch screen was not original and was really in trouble. I spent around $100 to fix it. So far I have not received any return of Bestbuy. I do not advise buying equipment "open box" because it does not have the assurance that they will work and do not have the desired support.

The phone itself works great! It came early, was perfectly packaged, etc. However, I think it is from overseas because the shutter sound is on and will not go off no matter what I do. Talking to an agent now because this is not right. It sounds like they'll replace it! Good job Best Buy!

My phone arrived when expected and in excellent like-new condition. All features work perfectly, very happy with my purchase.

Pretty impressed. No scratches and works perfectly. Except for the charger of course. Those never last very long.

Iphones work in the elevators, in the basement of the hospital, which is amazing. I am very impressed with the service of WiFi built into the iPhone. Excellent product!

I got this a starter phone for my daughter starting Junior High and this is great as a starter phone works great and was in excellent condition!

The apple iphone 5s is one of the best on the market. Affordable, stable, attractive, easy to use and affordable. You can trust apple to make a quality durable product that has many options and accessories. I will be sad when the 5s becomes obsolete.

Bought this to replace the old one that was lost. Affordable, useful, still up to date enough for my teen. Not painful if lost or broken. Less likely to be stolen. Wish all smart phones were this price.... Thinking about getting one for myself. I really like the price and the size.

This phone arrived in excellent condition. You would have never known it was pre-owned as it looks like new. So far it works great and we have not had any issues. I like the fact it has a one year warranty.

Like the other one good conditions but it get really hot

I had to go through 2 transactions to get the iphone 5s that I am happy with. The 1st unit that I received did not hold any charges. I had to go back and exchange for the 2nd unit to get a working iphone 5s. The process of phone exchange was not very pleasant because the phone was out of stock. It took me about 3 to 4 weeks to get the replacement phone.
