I’ll never buy a preowned phone again. It had problems after a month and got worse until it just stopped working and of coarse you can’t return. I ended buying a whole new phone which cost me more. Lesson learned!

My wife broke her current 5s and didn't want to upgrade to a newer model since she only uses her iPhone for pics, chat and calls. I made some research and found the right iPhone for her: refurbished and guaranteed by Best Buy at a great price. She is ver happy with if!

My son had an Iphone 4 and he couldn't upgrade to the newest software but this one can.

It was a good deal and I saved quite a bit of money by getting through Best Buy.

first of all they didn't update the software before they sold it to me, which is bad because that means that they didn't actually know if the product was working properly as they claimed it would be. some phones glitch upon updating. secondly they sold me a product that must originate from a country where it is illegal to shut off the camera shutter sound, becuase mine won't shut off... so basically they didn't actually check this phone out before they sold it as they claimed they did. and they give you only 14 days to return it. probably hoping you won't figure this out until it's too late. Best Buy = bad buy :(

Many sellers provide pre-owned iphones. Was pleasantly surprised , that phone looks like new and works accordingly. That is why I buy electronics from BestBuy- great quality and good price. Thanks

We purchased this phone for our daughter. Her battery life and system of her phone is better than my new IPhone 6. I'm going to be reconsidering my next phone as a refurbished instead of brand new.

When I first got it I was at Best Buy and 3 times at AT&T with problems. Thought it was fixed but now on vacation it is totally dead

Lcd Screen shows a pink color rectangle stain. Unfortunately I activated phone after 30 days, did not check the damage, and now Best Buy will take the item back( over 14 days no return policy) I have to try my luck that Apple Store ... Check the product as soon as you buy ...

I will always shop online for a kind of item like this!!
