Bought this for my son, to replace one that I'd got less than a year through Amazon, that supposedly was brand new in the box... payed $100 less for this one. so far,so good, working as intended. actually getting a little better reception, he says, it's not as sluggish(the other one had motherboard problems) and the motherboard dying is what caused us to get this phone. not a bad phone at all. again, as advertised.came with all of the parts, came nice and clean, looked like a new phone. working well so far.....

The phone seems wasn't re-seal well from the top screen .. And then I wish the "restocking ": Fee should be less like 10 dollars ..

Received my purchase, it appeared to be in new condition. Works great & I'm quite happy with. Price was better than anything I could find on other web sites & has a 90 Day warranty, was rebuilt by Apple & warranted by Apple. I'm considering taking out an extender warranty through the Geek Squade.

I boght a pre owned iphone 5s 32gb at best buy online I received it yesterday and it is not working!, when I turned on the phone, the screen went blu in a few seconds and now is imposible to turn it on again. Please what I have to do? Do I have to go to a Best Buy store?

The Battery is too worst, cant even for 2 hrs. Refurbished is really bad

Bought it a about a Month in a half and doesn't work anymore it been a nightmare trying to fix it spent about $300 not worth buying refurbished phone s u will end up paying more.

Bought used phone for my 12 year old daughter about month ago. It works great no issues at all.
