Great service snd easy website. Phone in great shape

Accessories were not of Apple, and it was no where mentioned in the product description. Secondly the phone was making noise when you press it from lower right corner, so basically it was broken and the sound was coming. Too much wear and tear, was not good for use.

Very reluctant to purchase a pre-owned phone being this was my first time ever having to do this. With that said I was not disappointed with the quality and functionality. It's a relief because I had to deal with a 4S for longer than humanly possible. Just make sure when you get a SIM card activated (AT&T), they put the new IMEI # in the system so the new phone is registered and not the old one. Overall, I am very content with this product. Also, happy to be back in the modern age.

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of this pre-owned phone...it looked new! It was a gift for my daughter & she's very pleased with its performance.

I bought this Unlocked iPhone 6 and gifted to my sister. She was complaining about battery problems and I did not pay attention initially. In 50 days of usage, the battery was draining quickly (battery goes from 100% to 0% in 2 hours with very minimum usage). She checked with local Apple service center and they informed her that the touchscreen panel was replaced with duplicate part on this unlocked phone when I purchased. I felt embarrassed after all I couldn't give a good phone to my sister. She stays oversees and I couldn't do anything with this phone now.

Refurbished iPhone was in good condition. Battery life terrible. Without even using any apps battery goes from 100% to 50% in 30 minutes. Very disappointed with battery life

I really can recommend this product. IPhone looks like the new one and works well! Only thing is I didn't receive original Apple charger.

Overall the phone was in good condition, it did have very minor dents. However, the only problems I have came across is that the phone is slow and the camera shutter noise will not come off! It gets very annoying trying to take pictures with a very loud shutter noise.

iPhone 6 bought in store, in great condition for being pre-owned. No scratches, looks brand new straight out of the box. Works well, so far so good...

Bought this phone refurbished because I refused to buy a new iPhone full price, it's the way to go, save hundreds on a phone that's exactly the same as a new one.

Needed a refurbished phone for move to cdma network. This phone was a little expensive for a iPhone 6 but it was in excellent condition and worked great.

The phone was in excellent condition as advertised. The battery shows 88% available capacity, which is not great, but reasonable for a used device.

The details says it comes with the original accessories but it did not come with the original charging cable or wall outlet. kind of disappointed on that.

iPhone 6 in good condition, no visible scratches, looked brand new out of the box. Only brings charger from a brand named Sharkk, not Apple.

"Pre-Owned" but it was in like new condition! Excellent replacement for my iphone 6 16Gb that died due to known battery issues and I didnt want to upgrade to iPhone7.... one word of advice shop at Best Buy before you go to the apple store! because There's no geniuses at the genius bar!!! I always love all the iPhones. I wish it had a longer battery life, but that could also be me being on it too much!

The exterior condition of the phone was great, but once I started using it I noticed that the battery couldn't hold a charge for longer then 2 hours. I had to replace it and this ended up adding an extra $50 to my cost. I was disappointed because I was told it was in excellent condition.

It has minor scratches and dings that you would expect from a refurbished item. Works great so far.

This is a great 1st phone for my daughter. The iPhone is very easy to use. I would purchase a refurbished phone again

The phone was in good looking condition, no scratches or anything but noticed the location services would say i was miles away from my actual location and pretty much made all the apps that need my location useless like google maps and shopkicks. My boyfriends phone which is also pre-owned works fine though so it must depend on each phone and how the functionality check is done
