Purchased this pre owned iPhone 6 for my kiddos. It was in perfect condition! No scratches on the screen and only minor little scratch on the back. This got covered by a case anyway. This experience led me to purchase a second one for my son and it was just as great in condition as this one!!

Good iPhone for the price. It works well, and the reviews were right. There are a couple glitches in the system sometimes but nothing big.

I bought this phone to take it on my travels. It is very good , looks brand new and the price was right... I would recommend this to anyone..

Honestly, I love the phone. The only signs of it being pre-owned is a minor scratch on the top left corner of the phone. Other than that the phone is amazing. The only reason this phone will not get a 5 star review is the fact that there is no insurance available. I spoke to a best buy and applecare representatives BEFORE purchasing the phone and both told me I would be able to get insurance. Well after purchasing the phone Apple told me that I wasn't eligible for applecare and there would be a $35 fee to return it to best buy. This is just as much apple's fault as it is best buy's, but I think that if best buy is going to sell a phone for almost $400 there should be some type of insurance for the phone. If you have bad luck with phones I would not purchase this phone.

The phone looks good pristine condition and now that we have it activated it works well I'm very happy that I ordered it from you.

Received a phone with a dead battery. I have to pay to ship the defective phone back and will be without a phone for days. So not satisfied and very disappointed with the awful customer service of the warranty company. Will never buy from bestbuy.com again.

I bought this iphone for my daughter and am disappointed with the fact that there is no way of turning off the sound when it takes photos. She has friends with this same phone and it is not an issue with theirs. The battery also dies very fast.

It arrived on time n received it. Open it n placed the SIM card while we went to our provider service to activate it n was easy n happy with it

Bought this for my 11 year old for his birthday. It’s a great starter phone for kids. So far there hasn’t been any problems. It came in perfect condition, no scratches, no marks, and the charger works great. To top it off, it came with a FREE 3 month mint mobile network! That was an awesome perk to include. Thank you, Best Buy!

Need more storage space, has short battery duration, a little bit slow for switching between apps

Packing- It was not in the original Apple box (as mentioned in description). The packing was good. Charger & headphone - The phone doesn't come with original apple charger and there was no headphone. Phone is free from cosmetic damages and looks just like new. Setups is easy and fast. I would recommend this phone to users looking for used phone.

Phone arrived without original box, no ear phones. I am impressed with quality and excellent condition.

She wanted it for the face chat thing for apple products. She is happy with it so I can not complain.

I needed to replace my current phone and this was such a great deal from Best Buy!

Purchased a refurbished iPhone 6. Initially I couldn't get some of the features (functions) to work. I discovered that was because the customer service rep at Best Buy took the sim card from my old iPhone 4 and put it in the iPhone 6. The iPhone 6 needed a new sim card, which the local AT&T store put in, N/C, because I am a long time customer. Better camera and I am able to download apps again.

My non Apple phone died while traveling. Rather than buy another cheap phone I decided to go Apple since the store had refurbished phones on hand. So glad I did. The phone is like new, can't see any previous use. My chip fit, works great and is easy to set up. Battery life seems good, can get 2-3 days between charge.
