Good quality. I decided to buy from BestBuy because its return policy states no charge of return shipping and no restock fees while most other sellers do. I think it demonstrates that BestBuy has higher confidence on its used iPhone quality than other sellers do. The quality is good, and it came with price matching. So I think is a great.

Bought the used unlocked iphone 6 to replace an iphone 6 that was leased. Price was good and phone was in excellent condition. Much better than buying a new phone.

I bought this phone for my 11 year old daughter. It arrived quickly and in wonderful condition. The only problem with the phone is when she takes pictures the loud shutter noise doesn't turn off. I went back to the store and I could of had them send me another phone but we decided not to. Everything else was fine except that.

This iPhone 6 came in excellent condition just as advertised. I gave it to a friend in Paris, FR, and he was able to utilize it as it was unlocked. The price was not bad considering it was an older model.

I've been using a not so friendly use of an IPhone 7. Proclaim significant improvement in comparison to IPhone 6... no way! I shudder to think what the iPhone 8 will be like. Stick with what you know!

The comes with acrílico box, not original charger and the charger port is no working properly. I didn't ask to fix yet. I thought my charger was damage or I don't know. But I already switched the power cord I don't know how many times and keep no charging or connect and desconect...iPhone is a good phone, but is the second I bought on the Best Buy and comes with issue.

The only thing that was wonky when I turned on my phone, was a little discoloration at the top of my screen, but it is normal for a refurbished phone because the glass was changed.

It's just everything I needed I was a little worried at first but it came out perfect

Looked on-line and Best-Buy had better reviews with less returns due to issue than other sites. Phone is working great. Old phone had battery issues but this new one is working great.
