    I read a lot of reviews left for this item, but was still a little nervous about buying used. I was buying this as a gift and couldn't be happier! I found no scratches and it worked just as promised. Would definitely recommend.

    I bought iphone 6plus refurbished from best buy. Phone cosmotic is looks good. But speaker is having some issue. Coming very less sound. Some times its not audible when i use this phone on walkway. Best buy has to check this kind of issues better selling products to keep credibility!

    It finally arrived and I was very excited. Opened the main box and found the iPhone in a cardboard box too small for it. It was wrapped in just a plastic sticky protective strip. The charger included is off brand and not Apple. Also no warranty included. It has an ATT sticker on the back even though I ordered an unlocked phone. Think its going back and I will just buy through the carrier.

    With more than 60% battery the cellphone shutdown without any warning. When turn it on several minutes later it shows less than 10% battery. The apple diagnostics shows no problem with battery, the serial number of this phone shows it is not covered in the free exchange battery. The explanation from the seller technician is there were more than twenty apps running in the background so the phone shutdown automatically in order to prevent overuse of the battery. It was bought 16days ago the return policy is within 14 days. Now what can I do is just wait for the next shutdown with no background apps running or wait for the iOS 10.3 or 11.0 or downgrade it iOS 9.0.
