My brother loves the phone. Even though it’s an older model, didn’t have to worry about being hassle about new service plan

I purchased this unlocked iPhone 6s because my adult daughter has serious health issues and her iPhone 8 had several issues and problems. We FaceTime each other so that I can monitor her condition everyday. We could not afford to purchase another iPhone so the price of this one and the description said it was in excellent condition and I could afford this price. It was delivered a day earlier and the was excellent and it also comes with a 1 year warranty. Im grateful that it was in stock because the unlocked phones sells quickly

This pre-owned phone met my expectations! It was in Like New Condition :) Battery Life was at 96%, all functions well! It was a great purchase, will definitely consider buying a pre-owned iphone from Best Buy AGAIN :)! Very worth it!

This phone is in great condition to be used. There were no chips, cracks, or any visible damage. The home screen button works and so far so does the functions of the phone.

The phone looks new. The phones previous owner had applied a screen protector, so the the screen is in new condition. The phone did have dirt around the camera bezel but with a little alcohol and a napkin I was able to clean it up. Mechanically the phone is sound. Speakers sound good and all the bottoms work as intended. The battery health is at 81%, but that is to be expected from a pre owned phone. The phone charges quickly and with a few software changes I get great battery endurance. Phone took way to long to get to me. No expedited shipping is offered by Best Buy.

My daughter ordered this phone, but we missed the better deals available. So far, the phone is working well, I do hope this continues because it was not cheap for a used one. It did look in good shape, so I pray it is.

Phone is great it takes good pictures the only thing is the battery it doesn't last long and it takes a long while to charge. But other than that is a good phone.

Looks great and like new but after the first week the battery starts to overheat and doesn’t last more than a couple hours. Constantly have to charge.

it was a replacement for 92 year old dad, same model he had so there was no learning curve. Lasted longer and operated better than the old one so we were both happy!
