The phone was exactly as described and arrived promptly. It was in excellent condition as stated and is working great. Would rely on Best Buy again the next time my husband drops his phone in our pool.

I got this for my wife because she wanted something that had more GB space. This was plenty for her! She used to have the Android phones but after switching, she could not believe how better it was. She can do so much on this phone that she does not even have to pick up her laptop to do anything. Graphics are good and has more accessories then andriod that she likes.

I got this phone for my mom as a Mother’s Day gift. It came with a charger and the phone looked brand new! Very easy to transfer everything from her old phone. My mom loves!

Phone came looking brand new and covered in protective plastic. All functions worked, connected to Apple cloud and updated to IOS 10 immediately. Battery life is good. Cannot differentiate between a new one and this, pristine condition

Luckily the iPhone has Apple store classes, so I am glad the salesperson connected me to the iPhone. To get used to a cellphone or smartphone?? without aid would be insurmountable, I think, although possible with determination and skill in discovering things. And to me the price was high, but I understand now it is much less than up to date models and the salesperson understood this and skillfully got me to consider it. Then he gladly and kindly helped me set it up and get the app I needed and what I needed on it, as I knew nothing about cellphones or smartphones, on after hours as I had got there late after an urgent care visit.

Love my iPhone 6s and find it does everything I need, from taking photos to texting,as all you would expect. I got this as an unlocked phone and set it up with H2O, which for my budget has worked out great!

The phone looks clean with no external damage or signs of wear. The battery howver doesn’t hold the charge even for couple of hours. I tried to follow the protocol for return but the email listed is a non functional one.
