Purchased refurbished to test how I would like Iphone vs android. Not too bad. Only problem is the screen often freezes and some times looks like it is short circuiting.

After reviews i opted to go for a phone that was certified "excellent" condition, and that's exactly what i got. I've had no problems with the phone, it is in excellent condition and i would recommend it.

Came in a few days and in good condition. A few cosmetic scratches around the frame and back, but no major or noticeable damage. Phone works great. I have no problems so far.

The purpose, to protect my new I-Phone, is met. I believe this "cover" will ensure the safety and longevity of my phone. It's not the easiest to put on or remove.....but since it rarely has to be removed, I guess this is not a big deal.

I think I bought someone else's problem. I decided to get a refurbished phone due to my previous phone getting damaged. The phone looks brand new. However, this phone has severe battery problems. Where my spouse's phone and my old phone of the same type will maintain a charge all day, this one barely lasts a day. I'm hoping to work out something with Best Buy under available policies, but make sure you run a good test on it when you get one. Overall - very pleased with apple products, so will recommend to a friend. I am just disappointed with this one.

Picked up this refurbished iPhone for the same cost as a SE. perfect gift for a teen.

Phone is in perfect condition, previous user did not remove itunes as instructed had to contact apple, but other than that no issues just like buying new phone.

This is a good phone, but the battery is 70% life, i like the 64 gb with this price.

My New to Me phone looks just like a new one. I have never had an iphone before and after having my samsung phone dying on me only a couple of months after buying it i decided to get an iphone. It is very very easy to use and really would not have another kind of phone in the future.

This phone came in like new condition. It works great except for a minor issue using snap chat.

Although this phone is refubished and graded at A excellent, it seems to be a brand new phone. So far so good.

I purchased the iPhone 6S 128 GB at BestBuy after having looked at several online sites. One of the reasons was for the reviews left from previous shoppers and the peace of mind return policy. I have no complaints. The phone arrived in 4.95/5.00 star condition! I'll reserve the 0.05 for not receiving the OEM EarPod and Lightning Cable, but still happy with supplied wall wart and aftermarket cable. I am using the phone on an MVNO. The one thing that I noticed was that you may have to call your service provider and provide them the IMEI for service. Not always, but I did have to perform this on T-Mo's MetroPCS.

Wife's older model iphone was having issues. Did quick search on Bestbuy and found this solid reliable older model iphone that appeared to have a favorable review history. Price was decent and was simple to swap old phone over by switching the sim card out and then transferring everything else was a snap by using the icloud. Wife was stoked!

We are having trouble keeping a charge, it needs to be charged very often and we don't get much usage time out of it before it has to be charged again. It was a gift to someone, so it makes me feel a little awkward when they make comments about the charge time.

Was a bit hesitant at buying a refurbished phone not directly from carrier. However, hasn't been entirely terrible. Had to send refurbished phone back and get another one because of screen malfunction. Luckily it was within the warranty period. Not so lucky this time, current phone home button works when it wants. I would recommend the phone but not refurbished.

The phone came intact no damage. Great phone, looks new. Happy with the purchase.

I ordered my per owned unlocked IPhone after I ordered on for my daughter. The phone arrived quickly. The phone was in great condition. There was not scratches or dents. The price was reasonable after reviewing other unlocked iPhones at other online retailers.

The phone was in great condition. It really looks brand new. You really can't tell it's used and for half the cost. I'm pretty satisfied as far as appearance goes. It came without an apple charger so I'm hoping that doesn't cause an issue. It was pretty easy to get activated thru vzw after I received the Sim card in the mail. I was really skeptical of this purchase as ive always only purchased directly thru vzw, but so far all is well.

The iPhone is in good condition and look like is never been use when it arrive but wish that the headphone also came with it
