I got this for my daughter, it was at a great price and the staff was very professional and helpFul. They transfer all the data from the old phone to this one. It works wonderfully. I will definitely look into another Refurbished iphone from BestBuy for my next purchase.

The IPhone 6S was in like new condition and works perfectly. We were in a bind and needed the phone immediately. I was able to order and pick up using curbside service within an hour. Popped my SIM card in and immediately was able to use phone. Very happy with this purchase.

These are not unlocked phones. I bought it and inserted cricket sim, it did not activate. I contacted apple they said it is locked to att. I contacted att, they confirmed it is locked to att. Finally i went to bestbuy store, they have no idea why bestbuy is selling them unlocked phones and they know it is not unlocked. They apologized for inconvenience and offered money back or go to att store myself to get it unlocked. Apparently they are att prepaid phones. I just returned and took my money back. Such a waste of time and energy for me. Bad experience with best buy. They just lose customers this way!

My mom needed a new phone so I bought it for her. She likes it, but of course the battery life for this phone sucks! But i heard all of the Iphone 6 phone batteries were damaged and this was pre owned so I didn't expect this phone to act brand new. But she can do all her essentials.

Most of the reviews I read on this product were great, so I had set my expectations fairly high, and I was not disappointed. It was packaged very nicely and looked to be in perfect condition. Battery seems to be perfectly fine. Definitely worth purchasing.

My battery does drain pretty quick but you can replace the battery

Bought this phone and am completely pleased with it. Bought it unlocked so we can just change sim card and replace our old phone, was able to do so in just a few minutes. Ever since we received it, we have not had any issues with it. Phone looks like new.

i would recommend this phone - as described in excellent condition i have not had any problems with this phone - it was a little difficult at first to get the WiFi to connect but so far its been almost a month and i'm happy with this purchase - easy setup with at&t prepaid
