    I bought this expecting it to be a a good refurbished phone. I bought it three days ago and it's already randomly turning the volume up and down and switching the screen from vertical to horizontal even though I have it locked so it's not supposed to switch screens. If it keeps doing this I will return within a few days.. I bought a refurbished phone off amazon with no problems ever. Kinda disappointed with Best Buy.

    I bought it for my son. We could not afford a brand new iPhone so we opted for a used one. We are so glad we did. The iPhone looks brand new and works fantastic. Will surely recommend this to my friends.

    i like the price the phone was in mint condition but i didnt like the fact that it was not in its original box and there were no headphnes.
