The reviews I read were great, which is why I ordered the phone. The phone I received looked very used. So I returned it.

Got the phone and was in great condition. No scratches or anything. Once the phone powered on it asked for passcode :( The phone was obviously not factory reset correctly. This gift was for my daughter's 16th birthday and we both were disappointed that it wasn't "unlocked" as advertise and I had to return it! I'm going to try once more, but I hope that the next one comes with NO PASSCODE needed as everyone knows with apple products you can't get around somebody else's passcode. From reviews doesn't seem like a common thing, just hate it was me that got it.

The camera didnt focus the picture bliry but ok on the price

Phone had sound issues...sound quality was horrible.....sounded like I was talking in a tunnel to my caller. Returned and purchased phone with one year return warranty from Apple directly. No problems!!

Screen got stuck. Could not make or answer calls..

Good: great phone. Looks like new. Bad: came with a generic charger. I understand not including the headphones but a generic charger? Come on. Do not try to activate your phone at Best Buy if you already have a phone plan. Go to your provider and get it set up there. The employee messed up my phone plan and I had to fix his hiccup on my own.

The phone itself is still in great condition,no scratches or scuffs at all. The battery seems to act stupid sometimes and it glitches sometimes but the product is great.

At first while buying this phone, I was afraid I was going to end up with a broken price of used trash, which has happened to me before. But, I was surprised to receive it a day after I bought it and also the phone is in perfect brand new working condition!!! Thank you Best Buy for this amazing purchase.

I purchased this phone over two years ago. It’s been a great phone and I’ve always kept a case and screen protector on it. The only problem I’ve ever had with this phone is the battery life diminishes over the use. I’ve already replaced the battery once for $80 and will probably have to do so again. It’s a shame but that’s the problem with Apple iPhones. Otherwise I’ve had A great time owning the phone and enjoy the many features of owning an Apple iPhone and the ability to use iOS. It works excellent with my Apple Watch Series 3 GPS plus cellular.

Just received the phone one day back, not a single scratch or wear mark, all I want to say is, the item is as new as a sealed boxed iphone 6s plus. Really liked it very much. Worth it.

I love my phone didn't have any problems hooking it up to metropcs and came on time i honestly read all the bad comments and still got the phone don't for get you have 14 days to take it back and a 90 day warranty with Apple
