I just did not want to spend a lot of money in a new phone, as long as my kid is in middle school where he is not allowed to use a phone and at home, strong wi-fi is available. This pre-owned handset arrived in perfect working conditions and as it runs using the latest iOS, all features of newer phones are available. As it is unblocked, was easy to activate under our family plan.

The phone was exactly what I wanted, in great condition and delivered promptly.

Phone delivered in very good condition. The battery performance is similar to the damaged-screen SE (20) that I replaced, indicating it did not come w/ a new battery. Thus, the good rating as this is fair value for price paid.

I’ve purchased two of these phones and a friend also purchased one. All of them have had some kind of problem. Some its just the battery. This one has screen issues- it’s not easy to type. It doesn’t register when trying to press buttons often. Very frustrating. Since I’ve been out of the country since purchasing it- so no chance of return and I’ll have to pay for the repairs. It looks like an issue or quality control in the part of best buy

Despite being used, this phone arrived in excellent condition. There were very little signs of wear. It seems that Best Buy takes previous ownership into serious consideration when purchasing/reselling refurbished products. I highly recommend refurbished from here if you’re looking for a new phone without the brand new price tag.

It is so good so far. I like the small size and ease to handle it in my pocket.

Works well, of course it came with some minor scuffs and scratches but nothing major. Works for what its needed and specially for a kid.

Great condition like new and the prize is very reasonable.

I purchased this phone as a gift for my grandmother I didn’t want anything to expensive in case she lost it and I like the color. She loved it and looks new and is easy for her to use and make call still teaching her how to use the camera. In the end it’s a great product.

Would never know this iPhone was previously owned. Good price, looks great, and works perfectly (so far). Arrived fairly quickly. Came with a charger cord and plug, but they weren't Apple, which kind of surprised me, though they seem to work okay.

I got two of these phones and exactly like the other review the phone is great but the battery is not so much the phone dies fast

the appearance of the product is good: no scratch, nice color. but a little bit disappointed about the battery life.

Phone works well, but battery is awful. I bought a refurb, that had a battery that at full charge was at 81%. I then bought a brand new battery, thinking it would solve my constant need to charge the phone ( I had to charge it every two days, even if I did not use the phone ) unfortunately it still has to be charged every two days. Very disappointed.

Phone was in good overall condition; battery life was at 87% which is pretty low but overall condition of phone made it worth it in my opinion.

Was in good condition and worked as it was suppose to but the second one i bought had a broken ear speaker so make sure to test them when you buy!

Work very well. It was unexpected that pre-owned phone will work excellently.

Phone is ok, but my son has had some issues with the haptics and battery life is not great. Its an upgrade from his iphone 7, but will probable have to upgrade him within a year or so.
