I have had this for a few months now and its working great so far. No cracks. A small scratch on back. Good purchase so far.

I was excited to receive the tablet. It works pretty good but sometimes when searching the internet it will suddenly shut down and go to the home screen. If not for this I would give it a 5 star rating.

Good to use the ipad Efficient and good for the price

I purchased this refurbished iPad for my volunteers at church. I was optimistic about it but so glad I did.excellent condition and reliability.

bought this pre owned still in use today, I trust best buy when I buy anything used the geek squad goes over them well, no complaints or problems works like a new one.

I bought this iPad as a gift to my son for his 8th bday. Can’t even download YouTube since the iPad can’t be updated anymore. Spend a little more and get a newer iPad.

I bought this IPad for my 8 yr old son thinking it would be perfect for him (and it was price wise) and his crazy little roblox games he plays , but it wasn’t. He kept getting kicked out of the games within a minute of starting. Most apps in the App Store were not compatible or you needed an upgraded system.. Uuugghh it was so frustrating to see the gleam in a child’s eyes just vanish every time I told him that I could not get him that particular app that he wanted. I returned it. Which the return process was super painless. Thank You Best Buy for making things easy and having knowledgeable staff on hand for leading me to another tablet that met my child’s needs and my budget.

This refurbished iPad came in pretty much brand new shape. Easy to learn. Plenty of memory.

Perfect gift for a child, they love watch videos and play games... good price and the quality and conditions are perfect

Love this and I’m almost ready to get a new one . It’s getting slower but i know that happens when new ones come out .

We were not happy with this purchase. Just spend the extra money and get a newer ipad... you'll thank me later. This was very slow and "glitchy".

Does the job! A little disappointed I couldn’t download some apps (Netflix, pandora) because it’s an older model but it works for its intended purpose.

Great product at a fraction of the cost. My daughter won't be taking my son's iPad anymore because she has her own. No issues to date.

I bought this for my mom so we could FaceTime. The product works great only problem the cord charged one time. However, that’s an easy fix buy another cord.

I bought 2 ipads for a christmas present and they were working fine until the charger’s cable cord breaks and couldn’t use it anymore. A little bit disappointed with the quality of the charger.

Great iPad for our purpose. Looks great and is nice and slime in design.
