While I have been satisfied with my ipad purchase (who am I kidding, it belongs to my 6 year old!) I was disappointed in the quality of the charger. The ipad charged beautifully the first time, but when I had to recharge a second time, when I tried to connect the charger it completely broke apart. The only reason I say I'm not suprised is that i read other reviews prior to purchasing, and this seems to be a common issue. Good luck if you purchase a refurbished ipad. It fits our purposes perfectly (Facetime with grandparents, ABC Mouse lessons, and YouTube kids)

I bought this for my toddler, but it's pretty heavy and seems like internet connection is slow. Definitely slower than my iMac. Not sure if that's because this is an older model, or because it's refurbished. Also came with a few scratches on the back, so not everything gets replaced like I thought it would.

I don’t recommend, it will not hold up to a newer iPad. I bought for a gift & the recipient was very disappointed. I ended up buying an IPad Air 2, if you buy a used or refurbished iPad, research it. Make sure you get a model that will operate on a newer IOS. The old iPads will not let you get newer apps, & are heavier & slower.

I was not able to use it because the charger was not in the box even though that it was included in the purchase, and just have a very little battery to turn it on. But overall it was good condition.

My son bought this with his birthday money. We put a heavy duty case on it and he has been happy. It takes a but of time to charge but other than that I have no complaints.

It’s good for other things but not for a toddler. I purchased this for my 3 year old and she likes to watch Netflix and get on YouTube but it won’t let you download the apps because of the iOS update. It won’t update because of that. Most apps need the device to be iOS recent. Might return it before it’s too late. But I love apple and Best Buy. All of the devices in my home are from them; phones, TVs, sound bar, echo dot, tablets, watch EVERYTHING.

Everything works well but the battery charges very slowly and seems to discharge faster than ideal.

Received the I Pad Mini in great condition. However; it would not hold a charge. I tried over a three day period and the I Pad would only charge to 42% and then loose the charge in a matter of a few hours. Returned the item.

Didnt come with correct charger or sim card and i couldn't download anything have ti upgrade it. Couldn't get Netflix, Hulu or Google. Cant return it i wasted almost $200 this was a gift for myself on my bday.

Perfect item for beginners to the IPad , easy to navigate and very clear screen! Highly recommend

I was unaware of the power adapter as i wish i would have gotten a 4 however i love the product i use it for. You do not need to buy new and these refurbs worked great for me. There were very minor scratches on back but i use a case anyway and they look new.

This was my second attempt to purchase a refurbished I Pad. The first one was an I Pad 2. The unit could not be charged because the charging cord would not plug into the unit. Geek Squad confirmed there was a problem and I was given credit for my purchase. This credit was on a gift card so I was forced into spending more money on another product from Best Buy. Against my better judgement I ordered another refurbished I Pad. This time an I Pad 3 which I thought came with the new smaller plug. Wrong. Again the unit could not be charged as the charging cord would not plug into the unit. Again confirmed by the Geek Squad. You would think that part of the refurbishing process would be that you could recharge the unit. Again I was forced to purchase something from Best Buy with the credit going on a gift card. This time I purchased a new I Pad which meant an additional $200, out of my pocket. For good Customer relations I would like a gift card for my trouble X 2 plus extra expense out of my pocket.

I wasn't happy with my purchase cause the iPad had a crack on the screen !! I had to return it !! I wasn't happy at all :(

Ordered 3 iPads. 1 will not hold a charge at all. I will send it back and use Jem Jem

I bought this to be used by kids in an afterschool club. Overall good. But a little slow sometimes.

Occasional delay to touchpad response but overall responsive

My refurbished iPad freezes frequently. I took it into my local Best Buy, but they were literally no help. The salesperson "helping " us literally never touched the iPad. We left the store feeling frustrated and angry about the extremely poor treatment we received at Best Buy.

My daughter loves her new tablet. Nice refurbished

Ordered this after my wife lost her iPad. Has worked great
