Not Charging
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I b ought this for my mom for mothers day, she didn't try to use it until a couple weeks ago and come to find out it will charge to 100% very slowly but when you use it for 15-20 minutes it dies and wont turn back on until you charge it back to 100% which takes forever for it to just die. I tried returning it but wont let me since it has been more than 15 days, very disappointed.

We expected more from a refurbished Producted!

What a joke

They sell these as 3rd Party but won't support them. I bought this very iPad and the battery did not work. Refused to repair it as they would for something sold in their store. This 3rd party did not have a phone number, only an email that said I would get a response from them in 24-48 hours. This is very unacceptable. Best Buy is unwilling to take responsibility for 3rd party sales.
