I got my order yesterday and the thing doesn’t work. The tablet they sent me is over 8 years old. Can’t update anything on it, won’t let me sign in the Itunes store.

While the iPad it self was in great working condition, Apple no longer supports the product. This means no iOS updates and the current versions of apps don't work and there is no way to really download the older version of an app. Especially if you're not fully invested in the apple infrastructure, which we are not.

I purchased this iPad for work events so we can complete digital surveys and gather customer data. Going with an inexpensive refurbish worked very well. Provided we have a stable wifi connection, these work great!

For this to had been a refurbished iPad it has been working great! As if bran new to be exact!! I am loving it. I use it every day.

This version is so old that it is not compatible to even download Instagram. Best Buy doesn’t even tell you how old it is. This device is for people who need a camera. That is all it is good for. I want my money back. The iOS is a 9. I had to call Apple to find out. You need it to be at least 13 to be compatible to anything. NOTHING WILL DOWNLOAD! VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!

We though the IPad was Like New condition however we returned it because Apple no longer provide os system updates to this model.

My old iPad mini would not go up to 10 but this one came with 10 on it. I got it cheaper on here than trading in my old one at an Apple Store.

The Internat was very slow and it did not procced with the stuff i needed.
