Don’t order refurbished

VERY SAD
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this because I thought it would be great for my baby's therapy classes (they have apps for kids that help her learn) and for me to use Hulu/Netflix etc. I got the package in about a week on standard shipping. Time was good. It came in a basic box. Elevated on cardboard and a thin tight sheet of bubble wrap around it. It looked pretty well wrapped except for the rest of the box being empty. Anyways, so the first thing I notice is that it was not cleaned and full of fingerprints (I hadn't touched the screen at all yet). I turned it on and immediately THE WHOLE LEFT SIDE OF THE SCREEN WAS GRAY AND THEN TURNED BLACK. PIXELS DEAD. Totally ruined my night. I found out I could exchange it for another Ipad at the store and they would price match. I will get it replaced today but I am unhappy with my experience. IF YOU WANT AN IPAD, DO NOT ORDER IT ONLINE. PRINT OUT THE DEAL YOU FOUND ONLINE AND GET A PRICE MATCH AT THE STORE SO THE STORE CAN GIVE YOU THE DEAL. GOOD LUCK!!
