If you want to use for Cricut Design space don't buy this one. It's the only one they don't support and I did not know it because the BB description does not tell you what generation this is. I had to wait until I got it and tried it in design space and when it said "not supported, I looked up code on the back of the iPad to find out that this is 1st gen iPad mini that is close to 8 years old! Best Buy won't even let me pay more for a higher generation one without sticking me with $45 restocking fee. I only bought this to use with my Cricut because Cricut stopped supporting Google chromebook that I was using and now I had a. iPad I cant use unless I want to give BB more money for upgrade plus, "$45 salt in my wound". Thanks for crappy customer service BB. Oh yeah tablet runs real slow also.

Great item! Was not sure about buying refurbished but this product is great! Looks brand new.. works wonderful.. wonderful item for my five year old!

Bought this for my daughter's 5th birthday. It's perfect for playing games and navigating educational contents. 4 stars only because it came with after market charging supplies that didn't work.

I have an iPad pro and got tricked into updating it to iOS 10. It was all downhill after that. Dozens and dozens of my favorite games and apps no longer worked and I hated the iPad I used to love. Then I bought this from Best Buy. The only imperfection I could find was a small nick on the back cover. It came with a 90 day warranty, a lightning cable and an AC adapter. But most of all, it came wit iOS 9! And my sorely missed games had a new home. I am now in love with both of my iPads now.

Looks and works great! Less the price. A win all around.

Very happy with my iPad mini...perfect for checking emails, play games and since is so light that I can carry in my purse and read my book...the only con is that cannot update to iOS 10. But there is plenty of apps for iOS 9... I cannot complain.

This iPad is in excellent condition! Looks brand new! I purchased it for my 8 year old to watch videos and play games. If you want it for more than that... I would get the ones with more memory etc.

I ordered this tablet and had a mixed options of reviewed so I really took a chance on it ! And so glad I did, it came in excellent condition and it works great for my children they have no issues at all and will be purchasing again for Christmas ! Only downside is some items are not able to be downloaded because it is an older model

The Mini1 is really a great tablet compared to others. It is far superior with the Kindle newspapers download compared to using a Kindle tablet for the same daily newspapers. It is not super fast as probably the Mini4, but this cost less than half of the latest model. If this is your only computer device, you might be disappointed in speed. Having said that, it does more than I expected and with Apple, all your contacts, email, music and pictures (limited by 16 GB model) all sync with iPhone, iPod touch, and you Mac computer. Couldn't be happier. The iPad received looked brand new, not a scratch or dent anywhere and battery lasts me most of the week. Buy the highest grade offered - not the cheapest refurbished.

I had some difficulty setting it up as no instructions were included. It was a refurbished device. Once I got it set up all is working well.

Purchased for my mom who has never owned an apple product and thought it would be a good beginner product! Works great, but it is a little slow since the software is older! I would have invested in a newer model if I had known it was going to lag that much.

Wasn’t sure about purchasing a refurbished iPad but haven’t had any issues at all with the performance of the iPad. Only issue is it’s an older model and can’t update IOS to download newer applications.

Was going to gift it but once I tried it, wanted to keep it.

This is the first time I have ever bought a used electronic and was very apprehensive about it, but this was purchased for a child so I didn’t want to pay the brand new price tag! The screen resolution of this particular iPad mini is not as crisp and clear as our other older, used one, but it functions just fine so far. He is happy with it, so I am. If anything changes I will update. 1/5/18

i got it for me to use for travel for movies or other thibg. for the price its really good. the one star less because it doesnt have apple charger and the packaging was not good

This model provides the basic functionality that you might need in an ipad. If you need more features, buy a newer model.
