We got it and it was slow from the first time we turned it on. I tried to shut it down and try again but did not work, so we returned to store and got an Amazon Fire HD 10

Just save your money and buy the newest one either here or at Costco. I really shouldn't have cheaped out with buying this but DO NOT BUY IT. It is a freaking GEN1 for crying out loud. Super slow and cant use all the apps of today. My daughter has a love and hate relationship with it. Again, just buy new.

Wont update to new software so many apps wont work with. I purchased about 20 refurbs for work, most were newer and 2 were the iPad Mini Gen 1 (this one). 2 important apps wont install because the software is not supported. Unfortunately it took me 5 weeks to get to setting these up after purchase so I am past my return window and stuck with these 2.

Bought for my granddaughter and she does not go anywhere without it. Absolutely best thing I could have gotten a 9 year old.

This iPad is way to old all the apps say that it’s not compatible with the iPad no music or games work and it is super slow!!! not really sure what this would be good for but not for a kid to enjoy...maybe just an expensive paper weight?

At first I was looking into buying any table for my 2year old... but once I saw the price and looked into other models of the product.....I I realize that the speediness wasn’t that dramatic off… Then I looked into my daughters because she has a generation for…Once I received the iPad she love it....

I was disappointed you can not update the software on the device. But you can still use to search the internet.

This IPad is great. Bought it for my son for Christmas and I was nervous it would look used but, it didn’t. It looked brand new. Not one scratch on it. It came in a regular box with generic charger but, that’s fine. We had an iPad box from another one so we put it in there. It works great!

Small fast and easy to use great for traveling. Music and movies!!

I purchased this one for my granddaughter so she could do her school work. The school laptop had a mind of it's own. Some days it just did not work. She loves it and she takes it every where she goes. She said she is saving her money for the larger size.

I was pretty pleased with the refurbished iPad when I first saw it, although packaging could've been better. Over all it is pretty cool for the friend we bought it for, she's really happy thank you!

It’s not bad for a refurbished unit. A little slow and does often glitch but it does the job.

I literally had to buy 3 before I got one that worked properly, fortunately Best Buy’s return policy made it painless. The IPad was a Christmas gift for my 5 year old. It’s a really good deal considering it’s only used for educational games and YouTube Kids. Great Investment for a first time user!

Bought for my toddler to play educational games. Loves it.

Arrived in less than a week. Completely flawless. It’s for my 5 year old so I wasn’t big on getting her a brand new one for hundreds of dollars more than what I paid for this one. Very happy with this purchase and intend to keep my eye open for another for my son.
