Do NOT buy a pre-owned phone from here!!!! I’ve not even had my 12 pro-max for 2 months(literally have had it 6.5 weeks), and it’s COMPLETELY STOPPED WORKING! Why has it stopped working? Because the inside hardware gave out! Not even the battery(which was at 97% percent when I got it, and in the 6.5 weeks that I’ve had it, has dropped to 90% out of no where), but the main components of the phone. To have the INSIDE of my phone repaired(again, NOT the battery, but the main hardware), will cost me MORE than what the phone is worth and what I paid for it! Oh, get this, they only give you a week to return their crap! Do NOT buy a phone from here!

This iPhone was good except for the fake the battery was at a low 80 percent which made the phone die fast. I spent roughly 800 on it but for the price they should've invested more into the battery life. No worries I went and I fixed it myself after being scammed by Amazon. I love this iPhone, does not over heat a lot, battery will let me all day, and I get what I need.

Phone wasn’t cleaned from warehouse, whoever had the phone prior didn’t use a case so shell wasn’t the best. Battery was one of the best I’ve seen from Best Buy came in at 93%. Geek Squad manger ran diagnostics came back great no problems.

First used phone was not working properly the speaker did not work, but the customer service at best buy was quick to help and returned the phone for me and ordered a replacement. The second use phone I received worked great, very happy with it

I purchased this iPhone listed as unlocked, but unfortunately it was never able to activate on my carrier (T-Mobile). Multiple activation attempts were made, and the carrier confirmed they could not connect the device. The phone itself appeared to be in good physical condition, but because it could not be activated on a network, it was effectively unusable. This was not a preference issue, the phone never worked on a phone line from the start. I recommend that anyone considering a pre-owned phone double-check carrier compatibility immediately, as activation issues are not apparent until you attempt to connect it to a carrier.

Very good purchase for the price, excellent gift for my mom who loved the bigger screen compared to her previous IPhone SE, also the camera takes amazing pictures and videos.

Good looking phone no scratches, or wear and tear. Battery life should have been better only at 85% at 80% Apple suggests you replace the battery,that’s why it’s not a 5 star

I have not regretted this purchase in the slightest. This phone is my life partner and completes my profile. One friend calls me Pro Man .

I first purchased this phone when first released with Apple. The battery life is amazing, it does everything the 13 and 14 can do. Decided to purchase again and received a great deal!

My daughter broke her original cellphone and this was a great option to replace it. She learned a lesson that you need to have a sturdy case on your cell phone. Phone works great and would definitely buy again.
