    It was said the phone was in excellent condition but once I transferred over and tried to listen to my music, I noticed the speaker doesn’t work. It said the phone was Best Buy certified. I don’t understand how they missed it. Waste of time and resources. Will be returning a.s.a.p

    I usually don't buy pre owned anything, but my old iPhone 11 died on me and I didn't want to deal with the whole fixing it up when soon it will be obsolete. I also didn't want to buy the newest iPhone since it costs a leg. This came in brand new in my eyes and works great!

    Way to much money for something that doesn’t work. Haven’t had the phone for 30 days and it freezes up and the screen doesn’t work half the time. Can not return.
