    holding the phone to my ear, the speaker volume is very low. I always have to turn on the audio speaker to hear a conversation.

    It was said the phone was in excellent condition but once I transferred over and tried to listen to my music, I noticed the speaker doesn’t work. It said the phone was Best Buy certified. I don’t understand how they missed it. Waste of time and resources. Will be returning a.s.a.p
