Hi, Recently purchased apple pre-owned iphone 5S 4G LTE, we went best buy and asked about pre-owned products, representative mentioned it's more like refurbished product. But when it delivered , firstly it was not even in apple box and it came thru some box which just mentioned smartphone , second thing except phone none of the iphone related accessories like charging cable and charger everything is some local made charger. I was completly disappointed and without even turned ON i just went to store and returned it. I am not expecting brand new product would be there, But please specify clearly what we get when we order if its used or new like or refurbished etc. my friends also shocked that best buy wont send like this, Not sure what went wrong.

The phone was advertised in (I believe) "good" condition. I did not expect it to be flawless, and it was not. There are a couple of noticeable scratches on the screen. But so far the phone functions as it should, and I haven't noticed any problems with the battery yet. All in all, it was an inexpensive way to slightly upgraded from a smashed iPhone 5 to a used 5S.

The phone is in fine condition. The charger is fake and stopped being compatible with the phone in three days.

Arrived fast. Phone in excellent condition. Very satisfied no complaints.

Packing wasn't great so as charger.. but am fine as long as it works!!

I have to say that the phone was delivered fast which was convenient. The sides were a little scratched but the front screen and back were clean. I noticed that the front camera has dirt in the Lense which effects the selfie picture, but I don't take selfies so it doesn't really bother me. Over all it is a good phone at a good price.

It's different than using the LG but I love the camera!

I like iphone 5s, lt has some scratches on the phone, but phone is working fine.

I needed a phone for my foster son on a budget. Best Buy's refurbished phone program provided the perfect solution. A reasonable price for a functional product.

I had never bought an unlocked phone so was wary. However, the phone that arrived is every bit as good as a brand new phone. It was also simple to synchronize the new phone to my old one so the transition was seamless.

Good Deal Apple IPhone 5s...I was pleased with the quick delivery and quality of the phone I received from Best Buy. not wanting to buy a new phone for a 5th grader, this turned out to be a great purchase at a great price. Phone had operated perfectly.

I purchased it to use with a prepaid plan (free of contract) for someone who is in the US temporarily. It looks good, no scratches or dents and works great. Since it's unlocked it will work in another country as well, which was my main reason buying it.
