I purchased the unlocked iPhone as a starter phone for my grandmother, and she immediately learned how to operate the device. It was simple for her to understand, and she mentioned she should have switched sooner.

As stated, overall I'm happy with my purchase of this phone but something that is extremely irritating is that it must have been a phone previously used or made to be used in a country (such as China and Japan) that does not allow the shutter sound on the camera to be muted. This means that no matter what I do it always makes a loud noise whenever I take a photo, screenshot, or snapchat. It seems trivial but one of the reasons I bought this phone was for the camera quality and I am now annoyed each time I use it. So be aware that you could be sold a phone not originally intended for use in America and it can come with these issues. That said, it was in great condition, has a great battery life, and everything else I wanted out of a phone.

Great price, few scratches, but great condition. Works perfect for what it's used for. It's also my spare phone when I don't like using my iPhone 7 plus

I ordered this because I needed a new phone. In the description, it did say that there were some minor cosmetic damages. When the phone arrived, (on time), there was a small gouge near the power button. But, the power button worked perfectly. There was nothing else wrong with the phone's appearance and everything seems to be working great. The only issue is that the battery does run out kind of quickly even if I'm not using it. But overall, I am very happy that I bought this phone and I am definitely happy about the price.

So they wanna say this phone was "pre-owned", do they? It's so much more scratched up than I would call "pre-owned". USED is more like the way I'd rate it. Even the rear-facing camera lens has several tiny scratches, scrapes, whatever-ya-wanna-call-them. The screen is pristine, but I do expect BOTH camera lenses to be pristine as well. I'm gonna have to have the rear camera lens replaced when I can afford to. I just know I can't afford a $1,400+ brand-new latest iPhone because I barely make $15,000 a year.

I bought this phone because it was on sale and i need it a new one, it works just as good the latest iphone, it has almost the same upgrades as the latest model.

I bought this phone for my daughter, after months of searching. When buying a refurbished phone of course there are going to be some little dings and or nicks in the screen. However the one I purchased was in pretty decent condition for the price. So far I'm a satisfied customer.

I bought that for gift. He like that phone. And good quality. Fast ship. I like it

I gave it to my mom to replace her old and sometimes defective IPhone 4. Phone screen had markings on it probably left from a screen protector. Can’t remove even after wiping it. Back of the phone feels hot after talking on it for sometime and battery is low and needs to charge. Rest of the features are working fine and I like that it’s unlock so she can use it outside of US.

Buying a used item is a mixed bag. I was able to get a great price for the 5s, but was very uneasy opening the package. It appeared as though the edge of the phone was hit an ax, but the screen was not broken and the function buttons all worked. I kept the phone and overall I am happy cause of the price.

I know that it's a used phone, but I did expected better quality from Apple and Best Buy when they say it's re-manufactured device. Batteries didn't hold more than 5 hours charge even without talking time, constant glitches, poor quality. I ended up buying another one few months later. I will not buy another re-manufactured "certified" device again.

Our tween daughter needed a new phone, and she decided that she wanted an iPhone 5s instead of getting a newer Android phone. Admittedly, I was a bit concerned after reading so many reviews in which people complained about scratches and other defects on their phone. However, when our phone arrived a few days after I purchased it, it was in excellent condition! We had absolutely no issues getting it activated with T-Mobile, and our daughter is extremely happy with the purchase. FYI: Our phone came in a generic box with an off-brand charger.

Got it in the mail and its like new. Thank you. Would recommend
