Had to return the item because it shut off even when it said it had 70% charge. Best Buy quickly ordered me a replacement. Later learned that the Apple5s will no longer work by the end of the year. These items should no longer be in Best Buys inventory.

This was the worst purchase I ever made. This was a gift for my daughter and the phone came in horrible condition. I knew it was a used phone but had no idea how the quality would be this horrible

The pakging of the phone si the worst ever! The condition of the phone is reburbised with lots of scratch on front and back and dents on the saide. They gave me a class a charger and cord. At least give me an original accessories!

I got this iPhone 5S to replace an iPhone 5c that stopped turning on. My daughter loved it and it has full functionality without service turned on. She can use WiFi to text and use all the apps. The phone has worked out well without any issues. She loves Siri and the thumbprint sensor.

Phone looks great, but battery is bad( wont hold a charge) and phone is extremely slow and functions wont work or work correctly. Buyer beware

This phone was perfect for my son.. unfortunately he took it out of the otterbox case I bought for it.. and broke it (angry face). I replaced it with an iPhone 5 and it’s not as nice as the 5s

There is something wrong with these refurbished 5s phones, the phone shuts down randomly even with more than 50% charge, took it to Best Buy store, can't return it since 14 days have passed.. once phone is shutdown have to wait for 15-20 minimizes before I can restart it...

Iphone is so easy to use aspecily if you already use apple products and the iPad. Bought one for my wife she had so much trouble trying to use android based phones. Set it up on tracfone and its even better.

I purchased this iPhone last week as a gift for my daughter. I have had the phone for exactly one week and it has stopped working. It started out with the battery dying quickly. Then, text messages would not go through. Yesterday, the phone died. My daughter charged it and noticed after an hour the battery was still dead. I tried charging it and nothing. I can’t even get the phone to turn on. I will be returning it to the store and getting a refund!

I was impressed of the quality of the phones. I wasn't to notice if the phones was new or pre-owned. Received in a pretty beautiful package. Will buy again !!!!

I bough a refurbished iPhone 5s it has scratches all over and it turn off by itself. total waste of money, I can't return it cuz I sent it to a different country and you have only 14 days for refund

I bought this preowned phone but it looks like brand new no scratches no nothing thank you best buy I defnetly buy another one.

This is the perfect device for a 10 year old to use. Good camera and allows her to be able to imessage and facetime with family.

The first phone I bought did not work well due to a failing battery, but the Geek Squad did a fantastic job with getting it replaced for me. The newer one works great.

I got it for a cheap price but its not the right item i wanted!plus its slow and the battery drained faster.
