The phone look like it was new but when I went to change it. The battery became very hot and after six hours of charging the it was only a 90%. Then I used the phone to make about a 10 minute call and it was done to 40% and when it gets to 30% the phone cuts off.

glad i purchased a pre owned iphon instead of buying it new. it works and looks just like new.

The box it came in was really dented but the phone was great, I couldn't notice any scratches unless I was looking for one. I was annoyed to see it had a barcode sticker on the back of the phone but I have a case on it so it doesn't really matter. I wish it came with earbuds.

Though the product was listed as pre-owned, but when it came its in good condition. there are no scratches on the phone and the battery life is excellent. i am fully satisfied with this product usage.

I think buying preowned pristine iPhones is a wise idea. They offer value, especially if it comes with all the basic and some advanced features. This phone purchase was for my high school going son, who needs a little TLC on care and responsibility!

Only light cosmetic problems light scratches but other wise you are getting a good deal at almost half price

gave the phone to a friend and even thou it is an older phone, it looked like new and operated flawlessly, my friend is still very happy using the phone every day and taking pictures.

Product arrived in a box with the charger.... my daughter loved them although there is a few scratches at the back- I just bought her a nice casing... overall it's still a good buy

I bought a refurbished iPhone 5S because my previous phone won't keep the charge. The iPhone works well, but the small screen is challenging so far, especially on the edges.

Bought this for my daughter to replace her 5 that was damaged and no longer usable. It is used but the screen was in great condition no scratches. The case showed two nicks.

The phone would not hold a charge for longer than an hour and would go from 35% right down to zero, shut off and then when plugging the phone back in to charge, would go right back up to 35%. It seemed like their were more than one sticker, which indicates to me that this was returned for the same reason and sold again. To me it seems like there should be just a little bit of quality control and if something is returned as defective, it probably shouldn't be resold.

Unlocked iPhone got a few scratches on the screen and on the side and antenna but it is a workable, basically you are getting quality for what you paid for
