I have been an android user for a long time and this is my first Iphone. When I received the package, it had a slight dent at the edge but nothing too noticeable. So far it has lived up to my expectation.

I bought two of these phones for my kids and they love them. The iphone S5 has all the smart phone features they were hoping for and the price was excellent.

screen had a bit of a scratch in it, but it's not too visible. My son loves it and uses it every day. Had to get a nanoSIM card with it (not included).

Bought this as a replacement to the iPhone that was stolen. It’s the same model but more gigs this time around. Hubby is an iPhone lover now so nothing else would do. He loves this phone

This phone arrived to our house looking like it was dragged behind a car for a few hundred miles. There was hardly any gold color left to it because it was so badly scratched. And after trying to get our service transferred over to this phone, we find out it isn't compatible with our wireless provider. So now we have to go through the pain of returning it.

unsatisfied, first, it's not as it described. second I bought two I received only one. but the statement show they charged me for two. so, I regret for doing that purchase

This is the second time I have purchased a used iPhone from Best Buy and I have no issues! It works great looks and looks brand new.

The phone is in great working condition but it shows regular wear and tear. Scuffs and scratches are very visible specially on the metal sides and corners of the phone.

Product came faster than promised and in new condition. After reading reviews was happily surprised with the product I received.

Everything great. But does not come with original iPhone cord. Phone will not sync with iTunes unless you have an original apple cord. Other than that it is awesome

iPhones are simple to use an get better an better but more expensive but used like this is a deal for a beginner

I was disappointed that the charging cable and block were not apple accessories. The phone doesn't like the charging cable.

The same day I received my iPhone 5s from Bestbuy online, it started malfunctioning, so I went to the nearest store. The Geek Squad told me the phone was about to blow out and that I must return item online nothing can be done at the store. I will be returning this item for a full refund.

This phone looks as good as new. No scratches or any signs of wear. Works well also. I added my battery case.
