Phone arrived with no scratches or dings, but slightly dirty. After a cleaning, it looked new. The charger/adapter I was sent is not an apple product. It's sharkk. Phone works great as of now. Hope it stays that way. Pleased with this purchase.

Having to buy cord and new battery was disappointing.

Phone arrived on time and in good used condition. Very small nick in screen on the side. Phone was dirty and needed a good cleaning. Battery was at about 50% life and needed to be replaced to make it a worthwhile phone. Otherwise all functions of phone work and is a great starter phone for a teen. Phone has been used daily for about a month with no problems.

Love this iPhone except for the battery. The iPhone had to be charged when I got it and it didn’t have the original charger and cord. There was a generic charger and cord. I love that it has 128 GB. My only complaint is about the battery. I constantly have to charge it.

I bought this phone because I didn't want to buy a brand new iPhone for my 12 year old nephew *cringe* so I decided to buy this one I was a bit skeptical at the thought of it being pre-owned but wow I was surprised when I opened the box. Brand new with the charger. The phone was extremely dead but after a full charge the phone works as I'f I bought it brand new! Fully satisfied with my purchase and happy I don't have to hear the begging for an iPhone every day. It came really fast also!

Good iPhone , excellent price (for used items) but the box not the Better options can you have a others chance.

Awesome phone just in time for Christmas for our oldest son. The unlocked phone worked right away with AT&T.

Received the used phone from a third party and when I received the phone it was dirty and the charge port was broke. I contacted best buy and they were very quick to issue a replacement. I had no issue with Best Buy on this transaction but with the outside vendor that they use. The replacement came and everything works fine. It does look like these are just used phones and not necessarily refurbished. My opinion would be that they would have cleaned the residue from the screen protector but I had to try and do that. Like I said Best Buy did resolve the problem but I think they need to look into this outside vendor and the quality that they are sending to their customers.

This is a great, great phone for what it's priced at! It looks and works like new and after a few weeks there's only two small issues the phone seems to have: 1. The camera shutter noise doesn't turn off, even on silent...I did some research to find that this is common in phones from other countries like Japan where they're legally obligated to have an audible shutter noise. But besides being a little inconvenient/embarrassing, it's not a deal-breaker. 2. The battery percentage sometimes shows differently from what the battery charge is actually at. Fortunately, it usually displays a lower percentage than it is in reality, so it hasn't become too much of an issue. The phone still has a good battery life. This is also an infrequent problem. Otherwise, everything functions and works like new! The phone looks really nice and I'd highly recommend that anyone get this for the aesthetic and price point that is better than on any other website! Best of luck, you might not even have the problems I had with it!

I gave it two stars because it came a lot sooner than expected. I received my phone and it didn't power on so I figured it needed to be charged. I plugged it in around 2:00 and the apple logo came on and it had plenty of battery life left. I set up my apple ID so I could transfer my stuff from my old phone, turned it off, inserted my sim card and we were good to go..woohoo, new phone plenty of gigs. WRONG..Well that lasted for a couple of hours. By 5:00 it was in "searching" mode. This phone is suppose to be unlocked, I thought it was my carrier, I reached out to them, everything was fine on their end, my sim card worked in my old phone, so it wasn't the card, it's the phone..UGH I don't want to upgrade to a bigger phone, plus this phone has lots of gigs compared to my two 32 gigs. Will probably send it back, really don't want to.

i bought this phone after reading multiple reviews online. I picked up the phone and it didn’t even come in the original box, it came with a cheaply made phone charger and the box was all beat up. I take it home to set it up and it wouldn’t turn on. After 3 hours of charging it it was at 12% battery life. After all night of charging it, it was finally at 100%. I take it off the charger and I go to start actually setting it up and the phone goes down to 50%. I download 1 app and it shuts off on me completely and would not turn back on. I will never buy something like this again.

Looks like brand new! Phone came with all the items that a new phone would. Great!

Okay so i reviewed this on the first day I got it and it was cosmetically perfect. Thought it was all perfect But then I made a phone call and could barely hear anyone. Tried every trick in the book to fix it and still had no luck. But I tried updating it to see if that helped cause someone suggested that. DO NOT UPDATE TO IOS 11. The phone was perfect (besides the hearing during calls) before the update and now sometimes it freezes or doesn’t even let me tap the screen. The phone is okay but if you don’t want all the trouble I say just buy a certified refurbished. They aren’t that much more and will be less problematic.

Haven’t yet connected it, charged up fine and looks like it’s in good condition.

I would like to recommend to buy this phone. Battery life is not good..

iPhone is a iPhone ! But rather use a new one ! Ended buying a iPhone pro max new ! But good while ur waiting for the new one
