Received mine today and it was like it was new. Running very well and already set up. Very satisfied!

The phone is ok but have a few issues 1) the photo app closes interimittently 2) the screen sometimes freezes 3) did not come with original accessories Other than that, the phone is ok

This is a great phone, but I've had to return one for a faulty screen, which took a week to get in but the one I've got now works great!

This iPhone is my first one. I wanted something a little cheaper to test drive first. It started out a little hard to use at first, but as time went on, I found myself learning quicker methods with using the features on this phone. So far I am happy with purchasing this product and now I might look into purchasing a more updated version. Love the security options this phone has.

The phone is great but battery is used up, I can’t use the phone unless is plugged. Can’t have the battery replaced anywhere at the moment

I really liked being able to get this phone refurbished through best buy. It looks like new and works well and I have a piece of mind.

I was apprehensive at first buying a used phone. It looks great except for one little Nick on the corner but works great so far(only had it a week) and the Nick is covered by my case anyway. With the warranty it makes me feel more at ease and cant beat the price. My son loves it I Would definitely buy again. If your hesitant dont be Great buy!!!

It freezes, glitches out and the screen starts typing all kinds of things but it’s alright for the price and being a refurbished phone

Phone is in mint condition however the battery is bad so ill be paying another 80 bucks for that smh

Thought the phone waa gonna come all scratched up but it looks good had a lil glitch but did a up date now so far so good

Don’t know that I’d buy another refurb again. The accessories weren’t included and I received a non comparable wall charger.

Works good and looks great. A little slippery so I put a case on it. Battery ok could be better. Overall it’s a cool phone

So far I’ve had no issues with phone. Nice size, easy to read. Camera works well.

The volume is very low with a cracking sound. The phone gets very hot on charging. Besides these, it has no other problem. My overall rating is just this particular item I bought.

I bought this for my daughters birthday. Upon opening the package and turning on the phone she immediately noticed that there was a glitch in the screen. (The picture bounces up and down) Issues with actually getting the screen to detect touch. Basically the phone is junk. I’ve never bought a refurbished product but don’t think I ever will again. Disappointing to give a Birthday gift that can’t be used. Will be returning this tomorrow.

To begin ,I will state I have no love for Apple anything ,however I needed this phone because it’s the only one that works with my hearing aids and so far,aside from having to learn to do things differently I am finding it may not be so bad after all. There’s lots to dislike but nothing that can’t be overcome with practice. So far I think it will fun to use.

The phone came with a battery that wouldn’t hold a charge. The phone would recognize the valid SIM card. I followed the warranty instructions and the warranty service was horrible. Would never send me an return authorization number after filling out their online form. They also left their phones with a message to call back during business hours but the problem was that it was business hours. They didn’t pick up for hours. When I finally reached a live body, they said sorry we didn’t send it to the right email but we’re doing it now. The email never came. I went to the local Best Buy to return the phone out of frustration only to be charged a $45 restocking fee. This fee was waived after much complaining. Bottom line is that this company that supplies the phones to Best Buy is awe full and didn’t provide what was advertised as a working phone. Additionally, I had to contact a 3rd company for warranty returns and they, for a lack of a better term, sucked.

I bought this phone the beginning of December as a gift. The phone looked great but It doesn't work. The top of the screen glitchs and the phone freezes so much that you can't get through the set up. It's unusable. The phone wasn't opened until yesterday so I'm too late to return.
