When I got the phone I was a little nervous because you never know how the phone will be once you buy it used. There was only a couple scratches on the back and one small barely noticeable dent on the bottom. I am very pleased with the phone though it works as if it’s brand new.

I have never owned an iPhone before and have always wanted to try it. To be honest, I was happy with the prior phone I had, but it started acting up on me. I took this opportunity to finally go ahead and get an iPhone. The phone works as expected with no issue's so far. I'm still learning the in's and out's, but taking it slowly. Once the phone arrived, I began by reading the enclosed material. Right off the bat, I learned I had ordered the wrong phone. I ordered the iPhone 6 plus, but I was thinking I was ordering the iPhone 6s plus. I contacted Best Buy and told the lady on the phone that I know there is a $35.00 restock fee to send the phone back, but would this charge be in effect for someone who just wants to return the phone and trade it in for the one that I was thinking I was buying. She replied that the fee would still be charged. I knew this was my mishap, so I swallowed my pride and move forward. Anyway, I also told myself that this was my first iPhone and it was a test anyway. I'm glad I did not send it back. Although the phone works as expected, I am not impressed with it. It seems there are a lot of people wanting an iPhone and really don't see why. While using this phone, it seems to make do more things to complete an objective. Now please note that I am not saying this is a bad phone, in anyway. I'm only saying that maybe it's not for me. Plus, I'm still learning about the phone. I just don't see what all the hype is about.

Ordered two unlocked IPhone 6plus. I had to return one of the phones first day I got it for a defect, kept gliching and wouldn't let me open any apps. Best Buy replaced it very quickly, NOW the replacement phone will not hold a charge. I will be calling today to send this one back. Hope they are as Great to deal with the second time in one week.

It's at nice price but one needs to be sure before buying as it is not globally unlocked. It'll work only with the US carriers.

As I expected, genetic cable and charger are enclosed but no headset. The phone looks like new. Very small scratch on the screen and back but I had to be very picky to see it. The screen looks perfect after I put temper glass protector. No problem for setup. I've been using this phone about a month and everything works fine. Battery is good and I love 128GB storage! So glad it became available on bestbuy.com.

But once it started glitching I wasn't impressed. In all fairness I bought it pre-owned from Best Buy.However, kinda annoyed that I paid for expedited shipping on a phone I can't really use. Returning this for sure.

Had a hair line crack on screen and battery not that great. With covid could not send back

I had good luck purchasing a pre-owned iPad a year ago, so I took a shot at a refurbished iPhone 6s Plus to replace my wife's 6s that wore out. The dice came up snake eyes with the 6s Plus... Apparently there's no quality standard that needs to be met for refurbished/pre-owned phones. The battery would not hold a charge (capacity measured at 62%), and calls had to be used with headphones or on speaker mode since the ear speaker didn't work. The only winner on this gamble was my wife (and AT&T), once we returned this dud and upgraded her to a new iPhone 8 Plus.

Good phone camera screen perfect storage forma many música photos etc

Had my phone for about 3 days now and I love it. Everything works great. The only thing I would change is that the camera shutter doesn’t mute. I tried everything, finally googled it and every answer said it must come from a foreign country where turning the sound off is illegal. Which sucks bc I am a big camera person. Wish I was warned before I bought it.

I purchased the space gray 16gb iphone 6plus in November for a gift. The phone was in good condition with very little signs of use. The issue is, if the phone is turned up to normal brightness, the phone dies completely in a matter if 15 minutes! It's insane! If I turn the brightness down, and only use it when needed, then it may last half a day. Who the hell wants to view everything on there phone at a unpleasant, super low dim as if they have shades on!? I'm really dissatisfied and would return it in a heartbeat. Conveniently, my 30 day return window closed. I would not reccomend purchasing this product, it is a waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY!

The phone came earlier than promised, which was great! My cellphone provider had no problem switching my daughter's old phone to this Apple iPhone 6 Plus. My daughter loves this cellphone! I'm not disappointed in this purchase.

Phone is great for a refurbished. Decent price but the battery life could be better.

In 2019 believe it or not I’m still happy with my iphone 6 plus purchase. The phone works perfectly and does everything the iphone 8 does.

The phone was nice but the thing was is that It has an outdated system and I was not able to connect my iPhone watch to it.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 6 Plus and it was every bit as advertised. Except for a few small scratches on screen, it was cosmetically as good as new. So far it has functioned without any problems.

Has everything that a teen wants. Was afraid she would be disappointed that it wasn’t a newer version of a iPhone but was very happy with it.
