It is a good cell phone. Also, I like the size of the phone, it is has a good size screen.

I have owned an IPHONE 6 for many years. In that time I began thinking of a phone with more screen real estate and a faster processor. After much deliberation, I decided on the IPHONE 6s Plus. As I refused to pay my carrier retail for the phone, I searched BestBuy and found a very well priced refurbished one on their website and purchased. It turned out to be a great phone at a great price !

I like the phone and the price the only thing I hate is the camera it’s not that good for an iPhone also the the call volume is very low

Bought two unlocked phones from Best Buy and both times got a phone that I wasn’t able to use. First phone i got was a. Samsung j and it wasn’t compatible with veriZon even though it was unlocked. So I returned it the same day and got an iPhone 6 though the website. This iPhone was apparently a stolen phone and needed to be taken off a black list to be able to use it... just a hassle. Just got my money back.

Decent phone, Does what it’s supposed to do. Glad it didn’t come all scratched up like the other reviews.

I bought this directly from BestBuy website (not their marketplace!) for 170 USD. Expected at least a year of a quality product. I was wrong! Issues- - iPhone main camera started flickering (unusable) within 3 months of purchase. - Data and mobile connectivity are lost intermittently. Need to reboot the cellphone each time this happens to get the connectivity back. We don't even realize when the mobile connectivity gets lost until we check the phone or someone mentions they called and it went directly to the voice mssg. - Contacted BestBuy customer service. They say "can't help because we do not have any resources". I requested to talk to a supervisor- they kept me on hold for 42 minutes and then disconnected the line.

Bought two of these iPhones for grandkids. Both in good shape. Purchase was easy through website

Just a little minor scratch, don’t waste money buying top dollar phone. These pre owned phones are just as good. They also come unlocked. So you can use on most carriers. Just check before you purchase. This is my second pre owned phone purchase. They do however come with a generic charger.

Bought this to gift my wife who was using Nokia 3.1 bought from Bestbuy earloer, want to upgrade to a good iPhone with big screen, heard good reviews of iphone 6s plus 64gigs in 2019 too, so bought this one, wife compliants on battery life,hope it gets resolved as we use further.

Good Phone everything works but speaker isn’t loud enough. Volume is all the way up.
