    I purchased an unlocked phone and yet I could not get on the internet with it. I returned the phone to a Best Buy store. Not happy with the experience at all. This was a gift and turned out to be nothing but a huge hassle. Very disappointed in the purchase experience.

    PHONE DOESNT WORK - THE BATTERY DIES EVEN IF YOU DONT USE IT. I gave it to my mom as a Christmas gift and she started using it on january 15 and it didn work since day one and now I am not able to return it. WORST SERVICE EVER

    The phone was in amazing condition. I took it to the Verizon store to get help setting it up and transferring my data. The tech said it would not recognize my old SIM or a brand new one. I returned the phone. Maybe this was just a fluke, but not sure.

    I got this phone for my grandson I didn’t want to get a new one because it was his first phone I didn’t give it to him until 2 weeks later he used it one week an now it has lock an can’t be unlock I lost money with this iPhone 6.

    It was stuck on the Apple logo screen and I tried every trick I found on the internet and couldn’t fix it. Now Best Buy is charging me a $45 fee to return it. I’m pretty irritated to say the least.
