The worsen battery life phone i've ever seen!

Not as described!

Both have scratches on the glass. Also the Apple EarPods were NOT included as advertised! Oh and the boxes they came in were I rough shape. Called customer support and was told that I would have to go to one of the Best Buy stores to have this resolved. Apparently they’re out of stock. Hopefully they won’t charge a $35 restocking fee per phone!

FRIED BATTERY

I took the Best Buy brand as insurance enough but that was a mistake. The battery is completely fried and will not hold a charge, so now I need to purchased a new battery. I understand the risk of purchasing a refurb, but at least include in the description where the battery health stands before charging $200+.
