Bought for daughter who wanted newer iPhone. Was Leary of pre-owned phone but it is as good as new! Daughter loves it and we have had ZERO issues so far!

Phone came with a couple of minor scratches on the screen, other than that it was in perfect condition and no problems at all with the functionality. Overall satisfied with the purchase must better than one I tried off of ebay.

I brought two iPhone 7's for my 2 son's and I'm happy with the purchase, the price wasn't bad and the phone runs good so far I hope this helps.

the glass face was not cracked anywhere - the size is perfect - the packaging was completely new only problem was the little, tiny microphone screen at the top on the front was clogged with dirt - you couldn't hear in-coming phone calls well even though you turned up the volume all the way - I cleaned the bitty screen with a pin - I also had to clean the bottom holes at the end of the phone

Recieved the phone as expected. It was in a generic “smart phone” box - not an iphone box but that didn’t bother me. It was in excellent condition and even came with a screen protector. Fast forward to 1 month and 2 days after I recevied and start using the phone - I cannot be heard when making calls. At about exactly 1mth in (2-3 days ago) I started getting comments the I can’t be heard clearly or there’s static. Today I cannot be heard at all. I have restarted the phone, that didn't fix it. Buy at your own risk. Problems will start just after return timeframe expires.

If you’re looking for an iPhone and don’t care much about some of the newer features present in more modern devices, this can definitely be a choice.

Received the iPhone 7 32gb black color. With minimal scratches on screen, nothing major. Switching from a iPhone 5 with the home button that can click and now the iphone 7 home button doesn't, a bit not use to it. But will easily adapt to it. Great camera quality. Easy to use. Overall the quality and price of a preowned phone is okay.

I bought this phone for my 10 year old son being it’s his first phone. He and I love it, best gift ever. Works well no problems, looked brand new. Didn’t come with the head phones that’ll normally come with your phone but great buy.

A few scratches on the screen and back cover. Functionality is good. A bit pricey for a used phone.

Worked perfectly! Included charger, cord, and tool. for changing Sim card. A smart-enough phone for the need. Good value too.

This phone is great. Still has plenty of speed for my day to day use. My only issue is that they did not do a battery swap on it like Apple does with their refurbished. Other than that, the screen has no physical damage at all and there is only a tiny bit of wear around the charging port.

I just bought it, yesterday to be exact and its been turning off every few mins w full battery, and out of nowhere also shows low battery w/o being used at all. Desappointed, Will be returning.

Bought this for my 74 year old aunt to replace her iphone 6 and she likes it because it operates the same. Good quality phone for non-techies.

I got the phone, first off it was in some random box, it didn't even come with an OG apple charger, it took me over an hour to set it up(which if you're backing up from icloud and everything was already backed up it should not have taken that long), the phone didn't even last me two weeks before it pooped the bed and had battery issues, I received the phone and the battery health was 70%. I will not be purchasing a used phone from here ever again. NOT IMPRESSED one bit.

It works pretty well after a few months of using it, only problem that I have is that ever since I got it, the battery runs out pretty quickly

The phone came with one or two minor scratches otherwise brand new looking outer phone shell and great battery. Definitely was scared at first buying preowned but ultimately it payed off

Phone is in great condition, the charger it came with charges the phone poorly and another one had to be purchased. Yeah

I dont like that the phone is no good. Pre-own iphone i thought would be good to use but the phone dont stay fully charged for more then a few hours. Plus the charger didn't work at all

The phone was a great price and arrived a day or so before the expected delivery date. My daughter loves it. The phone is in excellent condition and works perfectly.
