We needed a new phone to replace my daughter's lost/stolen i-Phone. Given current budgetary constraints we opted to go for a pre-owned unit, preferably a 7 Plus or a newer, similar-sized model, given our previous positive experience with the 7 Plus (I continue to happily use my three-year-old unit). Getting a brand new unit from the latest models (e.g., X & 11) via our carrier would have been much more expensive for us. We were at first apprehensive when we made our online purchase on Best Buy, given some of the negative reviews we read. Fortunately, the item we received was in good physical and working condition. It appeared to have been briefly used by a single previous owner. The only negative aspect for us was the slight shipping delay at the source due to the ongoing pandemic, causing the item to arrive in eight days instead of the originally stated five days. All in all, the new phone was worth the wait. We'll just have to wait and see how long it would ultimately last.

Since my older iPhone 6+ was becoming too slow and needed replacement, found a reconditioned iPhone 7+ at Best Buy. Did not want to buy the latest iPhone since they don't yet have a 5G compatible model and 5G is supposed to be coming out later this year. The 7+ from Best Buy was several hundreds less than the latest model and works perfectly. It is an improvement over the 6+ with speed and camera for the most part. Most important, using this approach saves my money for the 5G compatible iPhone once it is introduced to the market later this year / next year.

Got this phone for my mom as her 1st iPhone. Decided to buy refurbished or pre-owned. Settled on this one as we liked the color for her. When I received the phone, I noticed a few scratched and marks on the screen of the phone and around the edges. I also noticed the battery health was at 81%. There was also a photo on the phone. Most likely from the previous owner. (Nothing bad. Just a guy holding a cat.) I contacted Best Buy Corporate and they were actually able to give me some of the money back while I was able to keep the phone. I was happy then with the price after the refund, as it would be on par with the actual price I probably could have gotten it for in the local classifieds.

So when I was doing my research on this phone and looking through the reviews people said that it came with a few scratches here and there and I was kinda skeptical about buying it, but I still did. When it came it was scratch free, practically brand new, and it was red. It also has 128gb which is s big update from the 16gb I used to have, the only problem with it is my speaker. When I play music from the phone the sound is it but muffled, and whenever I try to call or facetime someone, they always say they can't hear me. Other than that the phones great.

The phone was delivered quickly, It is definitely pre-owned. Has a lot of scratches and scuffs on the top corner. Looks like it was a trade in about a month before I got in and I was able to determine that it did have a cracked screen. The functionality is great. It barely passes the battery test at 82% so I will need a new battery soon. Came with 3rd party charger and cable new and sealed in package. No issues with set up. It arrived with the iOS up to date. I am pleased with the purchase at $399 for 256GB 7 plus in red. Which is hard to find in red. I went back to later check the website and noted the price went up significantly.

The, Phone was great. If your thinking of buying it. Buy it the phone tends to get hot probably because it's a later modle. But it also dies out super fast but other then that. It's great they did deliver it to a different house. But thats all.

Only slight problems with the screen (very faint pink spot when the screen is black) and a small scratch. Other then that the phone works great!

Due to the apple stores being closed, when you get you phone worked on now, it has to be shipped to apple and it takes 3-10 days. Obviously you can't be without a phone that long. Bought this because its a great phone, size and storage for any family member to use. Time have changed and having a spare phone is important.
