Good quality and very easy to navigate. It is very good condition and I think I got exactly what I was loking for. A very good purchase.

This iPhone is good for a middle aged person like myself. Big enough for large fingers and large text but not so large that I wondered why I had a tablet for a cell phone. My son didn’t like the small size, but I thought it was much larger than a 6s. I returned it this week, to a very disgruntled store employee. Product was great, customer service was uncomfortable and hostile.

I am very surprised that best buy would sell a used phone with scratches and chips all over the phone and screen. I understand its a used phone but for over 500$ I really did not expect the quality to be so poor. And returning the item was a terrible experience I was told wrong information so best buy needs to make sure their employees are up to par with information before giving it to their customers.

The phone functionality was great, but when using FaceTime or simply making a phone call, it was hard for others to understand what I was saying, so I returned it 11 days ago and still awaiting my refund.

I have only had this phone for a few days but it seems great. No scratches like brand new

Just purchased this phone for my 16 yr old. Easy process. Phone came a day earlier and not too soon for my daughter. The condition of the phone was great. The charger came with it and the pin needed to change the sim card if needed. No complaints from me nor my daughter.

I purchased this used. The battery life only performs at 84% and it heats up very fast. The response time is low but I’m not sure if that is due to the phone or Apple slowing down the older software

I bought this for my Daughter, she only wanted IPhone 7 Plus with 256GB. She likes the Home Button Style. She loves it. She played with Japanese games meaning she has to change the Region in the iPhone. She said it is fast and bigger screen than iPhone 6 SE she previously had. So she is happy and I am happy.

5 months ago I bought a pre-owned iPhone 7 plus for my daughter and it has been rock solid. I have to admit I was a little worried as I've always bought new ones. The phone was received as described and as I mentioned works perfectly. It always feels good to save some money on a purchase and get a solid product.

I like the fact it can on time and the price was not bad at all and my son loves it
