    I understand this is a pre owned phone so we expected scratches on it but we can’t accept that the home button is broken. We just have to return it.

    The Phone Came In A Timely Manner ( I Paid For Quick Shipping ) , Little To NO Scratches . Came With Charger And A Free Sim Card . Packaged Nice .... Only Had It For A Week Or So But So Far So Good !. Will Definitely Be Buying Again .

    The front camera doesn’t work. The audio doesn’t work either. I have to restart the cellphone to use the camera and works only once. I live in another country so I coudn’t go to a store. Please help me. I purchuased an iPhone 7 Plus

    I only gave 4 stars due to a possible problem with my SIMs . Suddenly No SIMS showed on my home screen. I inserted a toothpick in the opening and it apparently pushed it back in. I’ve only had it 3 was and so far everything else is great. I’d but refurbished again.

    The screen stopped working. The battery stopped working. Don't buy refurbished items at any cost from Best Buy. Had to end up buying a new iphone again from best buy but this one stopped working and they refuse to give me a refund since it's been 3 months now.
